A Grand Oasis is your happy place, all are welcome here! From the moment you enter, you feel gorgeous and beautiful, the sign even says so, ”Hello Gorgeous”!! This is a very large Florida home with over 4,000 square feet of living under air: 2,000 square feet on the upper level and 2,000 square feet on the lower level! It has 5 large bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. Whether you want to party or relax with family away from everyone, or have a family reunion, this is your vacation palm Heaven. A Grand Oasis feels like a secluded Palm resort, with privacy and classy beach themes and glam everywhere. Sitting on a triple lot, the large yard is big enough to park a boat or RV! Located in a desirable neighborhood, The Grand Oasis is perfect for a morning walk with family and friends. We hope you feel glamourous and special, yet cozy and comfortable at this spacious Florida retreat.

Located in a prime Southwest Cape neighborhood, A Grand Oasis is near shopping, entertainment and a local water park. Due to its central location, guests can go to a different beach every day, whether it be Sanibel, Marcos Island, Venice beach, Siesta Key, or Naples beach. It is centered around several different gulf locations and such spots as Marco Island and the beaches near Sarasota are just a short drive away. The luxury feel of this grand oasis is just what the doctor ordered.

There are two main living areas each with comfortable furniture and tvs; with the upper level having an electric fireplace. The two main living rooms have been beautifully decorated to make it feel like a truly 'by the sea' resort with an ocean rug in the center of the main living area as the so-called centerpiece to make you feel like you are out in the ocean on a beautiful adventure. Of course, it is topped with a glam coffee table in the first-floor main living area to make you feel like you are living your best life! Besides the two living areas, there are smart TV's throughout the home. This gives multiple families or larger families the space and privacy they need to be their most comfortable and provide individualized entertainment while on vacation.

There are a total of 5 bedrooms; 2 king bedrooms, The Glam Master on the main floor with a large master bath and walk -in closet. The second Master bedroom - The Flight Room, is on the second floor with its own full bathroom. The Plush Rose Room and the Nautica Room are both queen bedrooms, and the last room - The Shell Room - hosts 2 double beds. All of the bedrooms boast brand new comfy mattresses, comforters and cozy new pillows, and blankets. There is also two new sleep sofas so this home can easily sleep 16 in comfort!
Each is truly a private oasis, so you and your guests have plenty of room to relax and unwind.

Dine in a 'glam' style in the spacious dining room or casually out on the extremely spacious lanai. At this destination, you can enjoy both formal and informal dining with all the comforts of home. A grand Oasis has all the amenities of home and then some. It has a coffee bar to enjoy with family and friends and a regular coffee maker, as well as a Keurig for a quick “pick me up”.

Step outside to Paradise on this southern exposure and very spacious covered lanai. Revel in the beauty of nature with 3 large ceiling fans for cooling and enjoy cozy time mingling with family and friends on the nicely decorated patio furniture. There is plenty of seating available for two groups that can either be separate or come together for a nice dinner and movie on the lanai TV. The lanai is lovely for all those special sunset evenings where you want to enjoy a nice sunset dinner by the pool on the outdoor dining table large enough to seat 8-10 people. Enjoy the grill on the patio along with a traditional coco-cola ice chest stand which can hold ice and guests can put their bottles/can beverages to chill to have at the pool area. The yard is large enough to set up a family game of volleyball or croquet. The large spacious pool is so inviting for larger parties and offers enough room for everyone to take a dip! Located by the extremely large, heated saltwater pool, are four chaise lounge chairs with a cocktail table in the middle of for enjoying a glass of your favorite beverage while basking in the sun with family and friends. The pool features beautiful and brightly colored LED lights in vibrant colors for those special evening swims and dinner parties. And that's not all ....you can also relax on your own Private Beach! Enjoy this private backyard beach where you can soak up the sun or immerse yourself in a good book, all with a cocktail in hand and toes in the sand!!
