Large Studio Apartment in pvt home w/pvt entrance, separate kitchen & bath. Studio has King bed & seating area w/smart TV. A large picture window gives natural light with views of Thunder Mt. Fully equipped eat-in kitchen w/high end finishes, fridge, stove, microwave & Washer/Dryer. Bath has luxuriously large walk-in rain shower. Private outdoor patio has Hot Tub, lounges, dining table, gas grill & fire pit table. Use of shared private Infinity pool w/incredible views from 5/1 thru 10/31.
The space
This home at the end of the road offers the most in privacy and spectacular surroundings. We are situated right at the edge of the Coconino National Forest and you can hike right from your front door!
The property is on 2.5 acres with the best views in all of Sedona. The large Southwest style main house sits on the high end of the property and the Studio occupies the S/E corner of the home. The view from the Studio is of Thunder Mountain to the east and Schuerman Mountain to the south. On the west side of the home is the sun patio with the infinity pool. You can't see the pool from the Studio but you do have full daytime access to it. Down the hillside on the lower end of the property is the 1 bed, 2 bath Casita. The Casita is our other rental. You can find it on the internet as "Sedona's Best Casita". The pool patio is the only space that you would share with the Casita.
Guest access
With this rental you have total access to a completely private Studio Apartment with private entrance in a private home and a private outdoor patio with hot tub, fire-pit and gas grill. There is a dedicated parking space for the Studio. The pool is shared with one other
unit on the same property. If they’re not at the pool then it’s yours to yourselves.
Other things to note
So away from it all yet barely 5 minutes from shopping, dining and Sedona attractions. Close to all hiking trails and you can hike or bike from your door.
