It is a charming, cozy, romantic getaway and spiritual retreat~the perfect honeymoon escape. The West Sedona location is highly desirable, just minutes from grocery stores ( including Whole Foods, Natural Grocers and Safeway ), art galleries, spas, movie theaters and restaurants. HIKING TRAILS such as Coffee Pot Rock, Chimney Rock and Sugarloaf Mountain ARE WITHIN EASY WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE CASITA! Enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening on the lovely patio which features incredible red rock and sunset views and has a gas barbecue grill, comfortable chairs, chaise lounge and bistro table and chairs for outdoor dining. Relax in the LUXURIOUS HOT SPRING HOT TUB, with Moto-Massage jets, and experience the breathtaking sunrise, red rock and sunset views and starlit nights. You see a myriad of shooting stars because Sedona is one of only eight communities in the world that have received the International Dark Skies designation. Inside, luxury amenities include the beautiful living room with leather sofa, wood burning fireplace, cable flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo system and free High Speed Internet and WI-FI. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove with oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and all the necessary appliances. A comfortable, new king-size bed, additional cable flat screen TV and large view window complement the cozy bedroom. Watch hot air balloons from your bed in the early morning. Bathroom decorations include a Mexican hand-painted Talavera sink and ornate tile. Additional features include a walk-in closet and washer/dryer. Repeat renters say the views are the best in Sedona. I rent the casita by the week, SATURDAY TO SATURDAY, at a discounted weekly rate of $ 1323 ( $ 189 per night ) most of the year. I allow three night minimum rentals in the summer months of July and August at a discounted nightly rate of $ 175 per night.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love all the Hiking Trails in the area, including Devil's Bridge, Broken Arrow, Doe Mountain, Fay Canyon, and West Fork in Oak Creek Canyon. The Sugarloaf Mountain, Chimney Rock And Coffee Pot Rock TRAILS ARE A SHORT WALK FROM THE CASITA. There are numerous hiking books in the rental with a vast amount of information on the trails.

This was our second stay at the Casita and once again it was fabulous. Polly is the most gracious host and the location on the west side of town is perfect for hiking and convenient to grocery and other needs. The view, the hot tub and everything else was great. And we even got to meet some javalinas!

Beautiful Sunsets

The Casita was peaceful and relaxing especially after a long day hiking. Looking at the stars while in the hot tub was amazing. No need to go anywhere to see the sunset. You can see the sunset every night from the balcony.

Motorcycle trip to Sedona

We had an amazing week! So many beautiful rides around Sedona and Polly's place was absolutely perfect for us! We loved the views and enjoyed the hot tub each night after our long rides during the day. We will definitely stay here again when we get back to the Sedona area. We enjoyed our stay at this home. The location was perfect. We also really enjoyed using the hot tub following a long day of hiking. It was very clean and well stocked. We did see the hot air balloons too!

Wonderful Weekene

Perfect place for a getaway. We ate every meal on the patio which had stunning views. The casita was walking distance to trail heads and in a very convenient neighborhood. Would definitely come back!

Amazing views

The views from the patio were gorgeous. The hiking trails were within walking distance from the Casita. Downtown Sedona was only minutes away, lots to see and do. Polly was a wonderful hostess.

Beautiful week!

Our stay at the casita was everything we could ask for and more. The location was perfect as well as the casita itself. It had everything we needed to make it our ‘home’ for the week. We enjoyed the patio and the hot tub after a day of hiking! Close to grocery stores, restaurants and uptown Sedona but tucked away in a neighborhood close to hiking trails and beautiful red rocks. Great vacation and highly recommend staying here!

I am so pleased with the location, the veiws were gorgeous. We sat high above everyone else. So it was private and nothing was blocking those beautiful red rocks. I dont believe I could of found a better place. And pur host polly was great.better place

We had such an amazing girls trip! Polly’s Casita was the perfect place for us. Clean, beautiful, everything we wanted. Loved being so close to so many hiking trails and really enjoyed the hot tub under the stars. So grateful for this experience!

Comfy and Charming Casita

The Enchanted Casita is a wonderful spot for a Sedona getaway. The location is THE BEST because it is SO PRIVATE and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. When we weren't out hiking the amazing trails, we were soaking in the views from the lovely patio or soaking in the hot tub!! Polly was so intentional about welcoming us and attending to all of our needs. The casita had absolutely everything we needed to make our week so easy and enjoyable. If we get back to Sedona this is where we want to stay.

Exceeded expectations!

The casita was one of the best places I’ve stayed at. It was just as described and as pictures show….. but even better. Check in & out was easy, close to restaurants and grocery stores and you can walk a number of trails right from the casita. We enjoyed the hot tub and were kept company by a couple deer. I would definitely return. Thank you Polly for sharing this beautiful place!

Beautiful & Relaxing

The Casita was perfect & so clean, everything we needed. It is situated where you can see the red rocks, along with seeing the hot air balloons almost daily in the early AM. We used the hot tub in the morning, and the evenings such an added bonus that was! We saw the pigs come up, quail, humming bird, cardinal, and blue jays (that was special as my mom passed away October 4th, so we knew she was with us). We went to Jerome, Prescott, and Flagstaff, and loved the roads to get to those destinations. Polly was a great host an very pleasant to work with. If we ever go back to Sedona, we will definitely stay here again!!

Gorgeous View

Beautiful little casita in a prime location of Sedona. Close to everything. Gorgeous view of the mountains off the deck and outside your bedroom window. Polly was very sweet and accommodating and checked on us a day after we arrived. The house had everything we needed, including hiking guides and maps of the area. Woke up our last morning to find a beautiful mule deer sunning in the driveway.

The perfect casita for 2!

The casita is as exactly as described. Cute, clean, comfortable and loved the kitchen amenities as we cook a lot of our meals. Plenty of utensils, spices and condiments-even laundry detergent. We did not use the hot tub but it looked lovely. We loved having our morning coffee on the private patio while listening to the quail below and watching blue jays and Ravens. And the red rock view is stunning. Owner called us the morning after arrival to be sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Close to Safeway and Whole Foods. We will stay here again. If I could give 6 stars I would! Thank you, Polly!

Petite Casita Charm

This petite Casita delivered on its big promises. Every morning (except the one when we were passengers and Christmas Day) my daughter and I saw the hot air balloons drifting on the horizon from the windows. We had the promised views of beautiful red rocks. We had a well stocked little home with every amenity, including a working indoor fireplace and we had a hostess who was pro-active in advance and responsive when we reached out to her while there. It's not a massive space, but then how much do you need when you have so much close by to see? This property is very conveniently located near uptown Sedona and a short drive to the big name hikes. It was all wonderful, as promised and made for a very special Christmas holiday for myself and my college age daughter.

We had a fantastic stay in Sedona and Polly was a great host. The Casita was fantastic with all that we needed. We weren't able to enjoy all the amenities due to the heat, but we loved the views, access to trails and town, and the very chill neighborhood.

Heavenly View

This place is a perfect little escape! Views of Chimney Rock and Capitol Butte from the patio and hot tub. Nice little kitchen stocked with condiments and spices so you can cook without having to pack your whole larder. Gas grill on the patio. Everything we needed!

I feel so fortunate to live here because I regard Sedona as one of the most beautiful places in the world. The casita is the perfect place for visitors to stay because you are so close to the red rocks and feel as if you are enveloped by Nature's beauty and splendor.

Why they chose this property

Casita de los Santos is indeed a very special place, with views of Thunder Mountain, Chimney Rock and Sugarloaf that are so spectacular that renters are constantly mesmerized by their beauty. I have had many renters say that even the Grand Canyon does not top all of the red rock vistas in and around Sedona. Sedona has a very healing electro-magnetic energy that draws many spiritual seekers here. It is one of the most beautiful and appealing places in the world.

What makes this property unique

The casita sits on the top of a hill in West Sedona, a perfect location for privacy, serenity and enjoying the views, and you can walk to many hiking trails from the perfect location. It is a comfortable, cozy house that has all of the luxury amenities that you will ever want or need. Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, Safeway and Basha's grocery stores are all within a few minutes drive, as well as the Harkins movie theatres and many wonderful restaurants. The Grand Canyon is only a two hour drive away and the town of Jerome, a 40 minute drive away, is a fun place to visit antique shops, art galleries and glass blowing demonstrations. Many renters enjoy the red rock jeep tours and hot air balloon rides. There are hundreds of hiking trails close by which provide great photo opportunities and will make your day fun and full of special memories. There is so much to see and do that Sedona has been voted the best vacation destination in the U.S. many times.
