Our VRBO was superb in every way. The most incredible view from our deck and from most every room in the home. Our hosts gave us so much information on places to eat, hiking choices, and house info. The living arrangements were perfect too! One of the best homes we’ve stayed in by far!

The unobstructed views of Thunder Mountain and Coffee Pot Mountain will give you goosebumps!!! Walking in the front door and seeing that just was so amazing. We couldn't wait to sit on the balcony to take it all in. The great dining room table was wonderful for playing games when the weather was rainy. We enjoyed our breakfasts every morning there. The host was very responsive when we had questions. They had a list of suggested places to shop, eat and visit.We certainly would recommend this place.

Gorgeous views

This was our 3rd time staying in this property. Everything about it is perfect: views of Red Rocks, location for hiking & shopping & the house is comfortable and equipped for our 10 day stay.

Stunning View and Wonderful Stay

Walking into the house you see the view right away and there were no words. The view put us in awe every time we looked out the window. The house was clean and easy to move around. The neighborhood was very easy to get to and it was easy to get around everywhere! Communication prior to our stay was good. Highly recommend.

House with an incredible view and location!

The highlight was the view of the Sedona mountains and rock formations. The house was clean, welcoming, and well laid out for a family. The kitchen had everything we needed and the hosts provided great information about where to shop, eat and hike. We loved our week here!

Incredible views

The photos don’t do this house justice. The views of the red rocks were absolutely beautiful. The house was very well equipped, and the furnishings were very comfortable. The house was immaculate. The owners gave great information and instructions. I highly recommend this property.

Incredible view

The view from the house could not be better. We were able to watch the hot air balloons rise each morning from behind the rocks. The location is convenient to everything. There were plenty of dishes, spices, and paper products; much more than any other home we’ve stayed at. The beds were very comfortable. We had a great time staying here.

House was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. and in an excellent location. Large balcony with beautiful views. All amenities were available. Easy access to downtown and short distance from hiking trails. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend to any one.

Our second visit!!

Another perfect trip with my husband, daughter and her husband and 2 kids. The house was a perfect fit for the 6 of us. So spacious! No problems at all. The best part of this house is, of course, the View!! Totally the best!! Will be back!

Gorgeous View

Pros: The view is absolutely breathtaking. It was so nice to sit in the chairs and take it all in. The location was great, very close to everything we wanted to do. The furniture is comfortable and casual. Super easy check in and the hosts are very responsive.Cons: The house is very dated and really needs a bit of refresh. Also, we didn't see anywhere in the description that the house has a downstairs unit and someone either lives or rents downstairs. It was ok in March when the weather is cooler, but in warmer weather, we definitely would have wanted more privacy and outdoor space as the deck is long but pretty narrow.

Fantastic!

This home is wonderful. From the views to the location. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. Kitchen has everything you need & beds were very comfortable. 3 grocery stores within minutes of the house. Main St only 5 minutes away & of course plenty of hiking in the area. Catherine was very easy to deal with & always responded to emails quickly. I would highly recommend this home.

Best view in Sedona

We were delighted with this vacation rental. Just as advertised, fantastic view facing Thunder Mountain and other formations to the north, so the sun never shines directly into the house, but you can watch both sunrise and sunset. A one minute drive to 89A, with all shopping needs. Everything supplied inside the house: nice linens, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, etc. Owners were communicative and helpful. We highly recommend.

Amazing property with a stunning view

My husband, adult daughter and I recently spent a week at this property. Absolutely outstanding. The house is well equipped with anything you might need. The kitchen is a cook’s dream, but we ate most of our dinners out. The house is very well located, just a short walk to the airport loop hike which offers views of the entire valley. We spent almost everyday hiking except for one day of rain. We took that opportunity to visit museums. We also took a day trip to the Grand Canyon and Flagstaff. The view from this house is awe inspiring. As I write this I am watching hot air balloons floating by. What a lovely place. Can’t wait to return someday.

Wonderful house and environment

I stayed in this house with one of my brothers for a week. We both have really enjoyed our stay mainly for the following reasons: 1-The hosts have been most cooperative and helpful from first enquiry right up to the end of our stay and even afterwards when our security deposit was quickly sent back to us 2-The various instructions for house directions and access and where to find and handle various things in the house always had the 3 C's: Clear, Complete and Concise 3-The house itself was clean, well stocked and had a pleasant ¨home¨atmosphere 4-The photographs showing the house and the surrounding scenery are nice but seeing it live is even better As nothing is perfect, we would have liked more TV stations and the existence of telephone service. But all in all, we loved the house, the professionalism and warmth of the hosts and the beautiful surrounding scenery

A perfect perch in Sedona

The minute you walk into this lovely home you are struck by the amazing, unobstructed view of the stunning Sedona landscape. The house is large, comfortable, and amply stocked with everything you could need. It as spotlessly clean and the bed in the master (only room we used as there was just the two of us) was VERY comfortable. We hope to return with the whole family soon

Siblings Vacation

We had a wonderful stay in Sedona. The views were amazing to wake up to each morning and even seen hot air balloons. The house was perfect for 3 couples and appreciated all the condiments, spices and cooking oil/spray. The owner was very accommodating and answered any questions we had. We look forward to visiting again.

While we currently live in Ontario, our second home in Sedona is a special place of refuge to find peace, tranquility and yet with numerous opportunities to engage in an active lifestyle of golf, tennis, biking, and of course hiking which is second to none. Moving closer towards retirement, we'd like to both spend more time soaking in the beauty and comforts in Sedona, the wonderfull weather, but also take advantage of the varied activities she offers.

Why they chose this property

Having travelled widely and lived in various places around the globe, Sedona drew us in. She has a powerful beauty which is complemented by this magnificent property which has made short vacations repeatedly special. The location and how its positioned among the hills is breathtaking. It demands to be shared.

What makes this property unique

Location. Radiant glows of the red rocks welcoming in the day at breakfast.
Location. 20 minutes walk from the front door on a trail around Table Top mountain finds one perched high above the bustle of the homes below, with Bell and Courthouse Rocks in the distance.
Location. A short walk to the main road, a visit to one of the coffee shops, and pick up a few groceries before strolling home.
Location. Settling in with a glass of wine on the balcony, and take in the sunset.
