Stunning View and Wonderful Stay

Walking into the house you see the view right away and there were no words. The view put us in awe every time we looked out the window. The house was clean and easy to move around. The neighborhood was very easy to get to and it was easy to get around everywhere! Communication prior to our stay was good. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous View

Pros: The view is absolutely breathtaking. It was so nice to sit in the chairs and take it all in. The location was great, very close to everything we wanted to do. The furniture is comfortable and casual. Super easy check in and the hosts are very responsive.Cons: The house is very dated and really needs a bit of refresh. Also, we didn't see anywhere in the description that the house has a downstairs unit and someone either lives or rents downstairs. It was ok in March when the weather is cooler, but in warmer weather, we definitely would have wanted more privacy and outdoor space as the deck is long but pretty narrow.

Siblings Vacation

We had a wonderful stay in Sedona. The views were amazing to wake up to each morning and even seen hot air balloons. The house was perfect for 3 couples and appreciated all the condiments, spices and cooking oil/spray. The owner was very accommodating and answered any questions we had. We look forward to visiting again.

Beautiful mountains

After a small cleaning glitch that was quickly resolved, our stay was wonderful! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with the basics and the patio with the gorgeous red mountains was spectacular! We will definitely be coming back!

Great property with amazing view!

This property had everything we needed and the view can’t be beat! We enjoyed watching the sunrise over coffee in the mornings and dinner on the balcony at night. Its situated very close to many terrific hiking trails and the owners gave great recommendations for hiking, restaurants and sight seeing. Would love to return someday.

Amazing!!!

If you're ever visiting Sedona, this is the place to stay. The location is in walking distance to the West Sedona retail district and the views from the entire house and deck are truly breathtaking! It includes a fully stocked kitchen and if it weren't for the amazing hikes and restaurants around town, we would have never left the house. Can't wait to go back!

This was our 3rd time staying in this property. Everything about it is perfect: views of Red Rocks, location for hiking & shopping & the house is comfortable and equipped for our 10 day stay.

I’ll be back.

I am already planning a return trip. If the view is important, you won’t find a better one from either the wraparound deck or nearby every room. The neighborhood is conveniently located and quiet, there is a trailhead right down the street, and each sunrise includes the launch of hot air balloons in the distance. Communication with the owner is always prompt and clear. In short,I doubt if one will find a better value.

The photos don’t do this house justice. The views of the red rocks were absolutely beautiful. The house was very well equipped, and the furnishings were very comfortable. The house was immaculate. The owners gave great information and instructions. I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic stay

This property is definitely truth in advertising. The view from the balcony and through all windows was simply breathtaking. We enjoyed the spectacular sunsets every night of our stay! The rooms were very spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with all equipment needed to make all the meals you’d like. The location is central to local sites and made day trips very accessible including Cottonwood, Jerome, Flagstaff, and beyond. The southwestern decor made our stay very homey. We will definitely stay here again if ever we return to Sedona.

What a Place!

Location not only convenient to all that I needed, but the views were everything. Able to walk to the Airport Mesa loop, watch sunrises, watch storms roll through, gorgeous sunsets, it had it all. Comfortable inside - AC worked like a champ - which was quite welcome in June! Excellent and speedy communication - so glad I made the choice to stay there!

Sedona Getaway

Had a wonderful stay. Location is in a quiet neighborhood just about a minute from 89A. Perfect spot for getting to hikes, shopping, and restaurants. Views from the balcony are unbeatable! House is very comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views!

Views from the deck at sunrise and sunset are just spectacular. We enjoyed our stay here. We hiked every day, went into town, and ate at various restaurants. Coffee pot and Javelina cantina were among our favorites. Pink jeep tour highly recommend. Sad to leave this beautiful place.

Month Long Sedona Stay

The property has great views and is in a great location. We were very comfortable staying here. The keypad did not function twice; the owner is going to address this as he is there now. Overall it was great!

Honeymoon

A few minor things, but no deal-breakers. The pictures of the views do not do it justice. It was utterly magnificent. We chose this for our honeymoon. It was a wonderful week. Location is perfect, secluded, but close to everything. Had a question about oven and Catherine was on top of it. Plenty of room. We will return.

Most Beautiful View EVER!!

This house was amazing! We travel a lot and often stay in rental houses and this had to be one of the best. The home itself was very comfortable and spacious for 5 people. But the view was breathtaking. My favorite thing was watching the hot air balloons take off every morning. We would definitely stay here again!!

Spectacular get sway

Pictures cannot do justice to the views from this house. The interior was so well appointed, we had everything we needed to prep meals, to watch some evening movies & to just sit back and enjoys the views. The beds were extremely comfortable. We were close to tons of outdoor activities & the hosts were responsive to communications. This is definitely a must-stay in Sedona.

While we currently live in Ontario, our second home in Sedona is a special place of refuge to find peace, tranquility and yet with numerous opportunities to engage in an active lifestyle of golf, tennis, biking, and of course hiking which is second to none. Moving closer towards retirement, we'd like to both spend more time soaking in the beauty and comforts in Sedona, the wonderfull weather, but also take advantage of the varied activities she offers.

Why they chose this property

Having travelled widely and lived in various places around the globe, Sedona drew us in. She has a powerful beauty which is complemented by this magnificent property which has made short vacations repeatedly special. The location and how its positioned among the hills is breathtaking. It demands to be shared.

What makes this property unique

Location. Radiant glows of the red rocks welcoming in the day at breakfast.
Location. 20 minutes walk from the front door on a trail around Table Top mountain finds one perched high above the bustle of the homes below, with Bell and Courthouse Rocks in the distance.
Location. A short walk to the main road, a visit to one of the coffee shops, and pick up a few groceries before strolling home.
Location. Settling in with a glass of wine on the balcony, and take in the sunset.
