Everything was wonderful. The only thing we found in question was the “walk to town.” If we were some healthier and better acclimated to altitude perhaps the road to town would have been option. It wasn’t a long distance just a slight challenging walk. Not a problem for some I’m sure. The home is well appointed and found stocked as described. A beautiful view from deck facing east.

This was a great property for our family of 4. Location was quick to all of the hikes on the West Sedona side as well as restaurants, groceries, etc without having to go through the traffic circles. We appreciated having a full kitchen, laundry, and hot tub for after hikes. Neighborhood was quiet. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our vacation. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had a lot of cooking equipment (better stocked than a normal VRBO), and the hot tub was such a nice touch since we were there on a cold and rainy week. We would definitely stay again!

This was our third time staying at Peter and Susan’s rental. For our family this house is very comfortable with easy access to hikes, grocery stores and restaurants. Once again, we had a great Sedona vacation.

Great property in a safe location with a terrific host who is quick to respond to any request. My BFF and I enjoyed 4 nights in the very comfortable home We appreciated all of the amenities such as fully stocked kitchen including coffee maker and electric tea kettle. We relaxed each night in the hot tub then curled up on the comfy couches with the available soft throw blankets to watch movies on the giant TV. We each enjoyed our own king bed with 4 super soft and fluffy pillows. Beds are a make or break VRBO essential for me as I'm needing comfort for a good night's sleep and these fit the bill.The home is in a very safe area of Sedona with minimal street noise and zero noise from neighbors.I was grateful for the available standing fan because I always sleep with a fan at night. The home is super close to everything in West Sedona including plenty of great eateries, spas and activities. The home is extremely clean and has been updated with a relaxing modern vibe and all of the comforts of a home away from home. Love the Master bedroom closet with plenty of hangers and lots shelf space. Makes unpacking a breeze and no need to live out of your suitcase. Washer/dryer is handy for quick loads if needed. My only recommendation is should you need rooms totally dark for sleeping then I suggest you bring eye mask as the fully drawn curtains do not block the light. I brought mine so it was a non issue. This VRBO is a winner!

Pleasant stay in Sedona

We liked the location. Close to restaurants, hiking trails, ATV rentals and Hot air balloon rides. The house had everything we needed. The hot tub and deck were wonderful. Would definitely stay here again!
