Our stay at Beauty and the Beast was everything we could have wanted. The house is to architectural perfection set in the beauty of Sedona. The view out of the huge back window was nothing short of awesome and the neighborhood very accessible to walking, hiking, and an easy ride down the hill to town, the markets, and et al. Loved the central kitchen where we could all cook and eat. Thanks to our hosts, The Tanenbaum family
The view from the back patio and living room are spectacular! The home is located close to uptown Sedona but far enough to be away from the chaos. The home is spacious and comfortable.
My wife and I recently stayed at this amazing property for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is terrific; within walking distance to trails and shopping amenities in a quiet neighbourhood. The views of the red rocks from the living room and master bedroom were outstanding. The house is well appointed, spacious and very comfortable. The hosts were quick to respond to inquiries and very helpful. We have been to Sedona many times and this was our favourite place.
Lovely relaxing stay in a modern, cozy, scenic property. Nice amenities such as heated floors, jacuzzi tubs, well stocked kitchen and the view from the hot tub was spectacular. Located close to town, brewery, and grocery store. Completely enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
The house far exceeded our expectations. The views were spectacular from inside and outside the house. The hot tub is an added bonus. The house has everything you want to make yourself feel at home. Additionally the location is incredible, easy to get to everything Sedona has to offer. Walking distance to brewery, coffee and so much more. Would definitely stay here again. One mention is the house has high ceilings and above each door between the top of the door and the ceiling is a square opening into the room, so it lacks privacy as far as noise. Doesn't hinder the experience but something to be aware of.
Wife and I stayed for 5 nights. Magificent view of red rocks( Permian age 275 million years old)
from the terrace or hot tub. Pristine interior and high quality of everything. Luck had it, I was doing fieldwork to the west of Sedona. But the property listed was peaceful and big help.
Our group of 6 ( 4 adults and 2 teenagers) enjoyed 4 nights at this beautiful house last week. The house is located in a very convenient location with Safe Way, Walgreens and starbucks just around the corner ( liternally) Not to mention the patio offers the most stunning view of Red Rock ( both sunrise and sunset) The house is also extremely clean and beddings are super comfortable. Most importantly, the house is only 15 minutes drive to many popular hiking trails and Jeep off-road trails. Overall, we loved our stay very much and it definitely made our Sedona trip extra special by staying here. Look no further, book this now !
The house was clean and up to date with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Check in was super easy. Reallly the only minor issue for us was that there was no blinds or curtains on the front windows which felt unsafe and being a dark sky community that kind of freaked us out a little comming from an urban environment. Also, there are no bathroom doors in the master and junior suites for whatever reason. Other than that it was great. We would stay there again.
Pictures do not do this place justice! Watching the sun rise over the mountains from my bedroom to watching the sunset from the hottub—it was glorious. If you’re coming to Sedona, you already know how beautiful it is but this place (super close and convenient to everything) is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with breathtaking views.
The home is luxurious but quite reasonably priced for all you get. Open and airy with comfy beds and living room furniture that was perfect for lounging with my two sisters, auntie and cousin (for our bi-yearly girls trip).
This place is so well appointed with everything in a spacious kitchen, towels, linens, toiletries, plus magazines, books and games and a gas fireplace just to top it off! The host leaves very clear instructions for everything, plus local recommendations and is a helpful and great communicator.
We all travel a lot worldwide and are in agreement that this was one of the best places, if not the best VRBO ever.
Gather your family or group and book this place—you will love it. We didn’t want to leave!
We really enjoyed our time in Sedona. The property description was accurate, check in was a breeze. We found it clean and comfortable. The view was fantastic! We didn't end up using the hot tub but I did peek in it, and it was clean and in order. There are a couple of outdoor security cameras on the property. I did have a bit of a scare sitting out on corner patio at dusk. I looked down and there was a scorpion not far from my feet. I do know they are out in Arizona but I guess I thought maybe they were out in the desert area more!! I have immune system issues and react quite badly to even bug bites, so this could have really taken me down. The owner said she had never seen any scorpions on the property, even suggested we brought it with us from Phoenix, which I find highly unlikely going straight from airport rental car to property with a zippered suitcase. It sounds like it's a rare occurrence, but just wanted to give a heads up to future guests to be on the lookout! We didn't get to see the"Javelina" on garbage day, but I'm glad you told my friend about them or I may have been quite surprised to have seen them running through the yard! I had never heard of them! Interesting! I would definitely rent this place again, it is conveniently located and easy to access several activities. There are also a ton of maps you can use during your stay.

Breathtaking views, immaculate, well-appointed AND comfortable!
We had the MOST amazing stay at this home in Sedona, trust me, we stayed in 2 other VRBOs after this one and it was hands down the best! In my opinion, owner managers make for the best people to rent from! They are in the home regularly and care deeply about its condition! Peter and Susan were amazing to work with. The home had every thing we need and a million dollar view. The location of the home in Sedona is perfect. We spent 6 nights in the home and enjoyed the entire stay. To me, it’s the little things that make VRBO rentals comfortable: like cotton bed linens and decent toilet paper. I imagine Peter and Susan run this home much like they run their own home, with utmost care. Rent it! You will not be disappointed. We have 4 children and our week here was wonderful. There is so much to explore in and around Sedona (Antelope Canyon, Grand Canyon, etc). Our children are 4, 10, 12, & 13 and this home fit us perfectly.
Pictures of the property online don’t do justice of the amazing view from the living room when you walk through the front door. Beautiful! The location was close to stores and restaurants and bars. Overall it was a good stay.
A couple negatives-we found different kinds of bugs every day on our stay, one of which was a house centipede which is a disgusting looking bug, especially when found in the bathroom in the middle of the night. We also had a problem with the hot tub. One of the main reasons we booked this is so we could enjoy the weather and the sky from within the hot tub, however two of the party wasn’t able to come outside, let alone be in the hot tub because the chlorine fumes were so bad. We contacted the owner and he had said he put extra chlorine due to covid, which doesn’t quite make sense. The whole check out at 10 am was not very convenient either, especially since they ask to have the beds stripped and a load of wash started, and trash put outside. If we would’ve had an extra hour, I would’ve been fine with doing those things. We felt very rushed to get out of there in the morning, and someone actually came knocking on the door before 10; which was kind of irritating as we were trying to gather our stuff up and clean the house before leaving.
This is an incredible property - even better than the pictures! The location in West Sedona is great - you have access to lots of restaurants and hiking without having to go into Uptown if you don't want to deal with traffic. The property is clean, and very well maintained - everything is spotless, well stocked, well organized. We are so glad we found this property and can't wait to come back!
My wife and I and our Daughter and Grandson and his girlfriend spent a week here. The home has great views, and is close to shopping and restaurants. The home is very well appointed and we had a great visit. Would highly recommend.
The view is a different kind of beautiful after it snows
This is our second time staying at this house and we will be crack for sure. It unexpectedly snowed in Sedona while we were there. Since we are from Houston, we don’t get to see snow often and were overwhelmed by the beauty of the red rocks covered in it. We were still able to hike and on snowy days we took advantage of the Teacup and Sugarloaf trails that we walked to from the house.
We spent five days in Sedona, mostly to do some hiking. I came with my husband and one other guy friend of ours. We enjoyed the common spaces and also had our own privacy. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the hot tub after our hikes, and liked to sit out on the deck to relax or star-watch at night. The views were great - day or night! We appreciated all of the kitchen appliances (blender, coffee-maker, etc.) and utensils. We didn't do much cooking but prepared breakfast and lunch there. We were close to so many grocery stores and great restaurants, and not far from many trailheads. It was a great experience. Thank you!
