Hi, I’m Crystal! I’m a Kentucky "transplant" courtesy of the military. I'm also a licensed real estate agent, and seasoned short-term rental host. My husband and I began hosting as a side project and quickly fell in love with it. What started with one property has grown into a small portfolio of carefully curated homes, each designed with our guests' comfort in mind. As both a local and a property manager, I have a deep understanding of what makes a stay exceptional—attention to detail, quick communication, and thoughtful touches that go beyond the basics.

We manage each property as if our own friends or family were staying. Whether you’re traveling for work, visiting loved ones, relocating, or just passing through, our goal is to make your stay seamless, stress-free, and enjoyable.

We’ve hosted everyone from solo travelers and couples to large families and military personnel. We’re also proud to offer pet-friendly options and longer-term stays for traveling professionals, including nurses and contractors.
