The condo is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher & full size refrigerator! The Condo is centrally located to all of the amazing restaurants & popular activities. The Victorian boasts of 2 swimming pools & hot tubs, fitness room, tennis courts & bar-b-que areas. Located across from Babes Beach. The Victorian charges $35 per vehicle for access for all amenities.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please pull back the comforters on all used beds. Please strip the sleeper sofa and leave bedding on the floor(if used).
Trash Receptacle is located down the hallway near the elevator. Trash must be in a closed trash bag. No loose trash.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This place was amazing! Loved how stocked everything was and all the extra storage space provided and small extra kitchen utensils that you don't think you will need. Also, when my significant other and I were visiting this last time we showed up early to do some shopping and walk the beach but storms started to come through and we needed to check in earlier than the time provided. We reached out and our host and they let us check in slightly earlier so we wouldn't be in the storms :) It is the small things that go a long way.
