Amazing Location Ocean View Condo!

Welcome to our beach condo! This perfectly located and beautifully decorated condo is located on 61st and Seawall Blvd, steps away from the fishing pier and across the street from the new Babe's beach. It's within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. From your private balcony, you have an upfront view of the ocean. Our place is terrific for a couple or a small family with children looking for a Galveston getaway.

Condo has been completely renovated in 2018! We offer Free WIFI, Netflix, basic cable and so much more! Our condo comfortably sleeps 4 but can also sleep 5 with the pull out sofa bed (3 adults and 2 young children). The junior bunk beds are slightly narrower than regular size twin beds (meant for kids under 10 yrs old). Our family of 5 (2 adults & 3 young children) vacation here often therefore we want everything to be nice and sparkling clean! Now we would like to share our getaway with you and your family.

Our condo is located in the Casa Del Mar Resort which was voted Best Condo Rental on the Island! There is a separate $40 resort fee collected at check in by Casa Del Mar for which you will receive 2 vehicle parking passes. The resort has two beautiful pools (one seasonally heated, hrs open 9am-10pm), a trellised Bar-B-Que area and laundry facilities on floor 1 and 3. The beach is across the street.

Other things to note:
--No pets are allowed inside or outside of the property. Any violations will incur a $300 fee that will be used to clean and sanitize. You will be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund.
--No Parties at anytime.
--No Prom rentals.
--Must be 25 yrs and older to rent. An adult must remain on the premises the entire stay.
--Lobby hours are from 7am-11 pm
--Pool hours are from 9am-10 pm
--There is NOT a restaurant on the premise.

We totally enjoyed our stay here. The location is great-walking distance to the beach, restaurants, etc. Although we didn't use any amenities in the kitchen, it seemed to be well stocked. And the sleeper sofa was very comfortable!

This cozy condo was perfect for our anniversary trip. The location was great…right across from the pier where the husband enjoyed fishing. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The owner is so helpful and easy to contact. Don’t let the size fool you, it is small but set up wisely and well appointed.

Very easy check-in at the front desk to get our parking pass, and the check-in email made accessing the condo easy. It is decorated really nicely, fresh and clean, and communication with the hosts was easy and fast. The kitchen was fully equipped, although we did not use anything but the fridge. We usually travel with disposables. Everything you need is here, except toiletries and personal items. Great stay and we would happily stay again.

This condo is great!

This condo was excellent for a 4th of July weekend getaway! It was clean, had a very nice view of the beach, unbeatable location in terms of beach access, groceries, restaurants, and elevator access in the building. All rooms had the essentials including plenty of towels, beach towels, kitchen appliances. The host was also very proactive in her communications and quick to respond to any questions. Will definitely book again next time we stay in Galveston!

The condo was well stocked and very clean, the towels were a bit dingy and did not look very clean,so we went thru all of the towels to find one that looked clean,so we went out and bought a couple of towels. The sofa was a bit small and very uncomfortable,but, Overall everything was nice and clean.

I have a boy/girl twin that are inseparable yet are individuals and a little boy that loves his scooter and sticks. My husband and I love Galveston. We bring our little family to the Island as often as possible. One of my passion is decorating so I enjoy making our places beautiful yet relaxing where families can come to have fun, enjoy and soak in some salt water therapy. Welcome to Galveston!

Why they chose this property

This condo is perfect for us because we have easy access to the beach. The beach is across the street. My kids love swimming. After a few hours on the beach, we like to jump in the fresh water pool! There are two swimming pools onsite. I love that the resort is close to many restaurants and stores just in case you forget an item or two. If you prefer to cook, there are a few grocery stores close to the area, less than a mile away. Overall, this resort is convenient and the grounds are beautifully kept.

What makes this property unique

At the end of the day, all I want or any guests want is a nice and clean space to come home too. It's important to us that you are comfortable. Our condo is unique because not only do we provide a beautiful space, we have one of the best views of the ocean. You can't beat the two onsite swimming pools that's available for guests to use and the convenient location to restaurants and stores close to the resort.
