We had a fantastic stay for our three generation, Grenada homecoming! The house was perfect with so many different outdoor spaces to enjoy with incredible views. Even with 10 guests in the house, we didn't feel like we were on top of one another at all. Rick was also a wonderful host who made sure we had everything we needed from a rental van, to a chef and groceries, and excursions. He was very responsive. Neighborhood was beautiful, quiet, and safe. We loved it!

It IS “ The Perfect Island Sanctuary “ - very accurate VRBO description! Especially a perfect place for families or groups. The Villa is large, spread out, quiet, relaxing, peaceful with great views and unique decor. Rick was the perfect host and readily available for all needs and suggestions. He was especially helpful arranging excursions, private chef, and rental car. Everything was so easy. I would definitely recommend sailing/ snorkeling one day and an island tour with Andy (fun and a wealth of knowledge with numerous connections). We loved walking across the street to see the Atlantic cliffs and blow holes and to the end of the street to see where the Atlantic and Caribbean meet - panoramic views!! We also walked to the university club for a great dinner and went to the beach and bars located on the same street as Villa. If you go, you have to get Rick to arrange Chef Kim to come to the house and cook your own private dinner - it was the best of the week (also convenient, and reasonable and so worth it) we wished we would have had him a second time. Book now because we will be sending all our friends and family to experience this wonderful place!

Our visit to Grenada

The property was lovely. Rick was available when we had a few issues - one being the power went out. It was the entire street and it was fixed quickly. Rick kept us posted. Our grandchildren loved the two pools. The outside patios had beautiful views that we all enjoyed. We highly recommend Villa Beachcliff.

Villa Beachcliff

The house was amazing, with beautiful bedrooms each with a private bath, plenty of communal space inside and out, two lovely pools, and easy access to the rocky beach. You can view both the sunrise and sunset from the house. The hosts are very helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any communications. Don't hesitate to book this villa!

Superb villa

Beach Cliff Villa was everything we expected and in a great location. A perfect holiday rental for a group of 10. The villa had everything you needed for a self catering break. Would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing Trip

This house is beautiful and is as advertised! Rick was a wonderful host. He met us at the house for check in and showed us around the property. He was very responsive during the entire booking process and was a huge help with setting up a catamaran charter and private chef at the house. I would recommend this property to everyone! Would love to make another trip in the future.

Beautiful home. Rick and Karen arranged our rental cars, provided transportation to and from the airport. They also had provisions we asked for waiting for us and arranged a chef. It was very easy and relaxing. Highly recommend Villa Beachcliff.

Family trip

House was very nice and in a great location. Sunrise over the Atlantic in the morning and sunset over the Caribbean in the evening. Both can be viewed from the lookout. Perfect size for the 8 of us.Rick was very good with all communications. The only issue we had was the hot water did not last long enough for the entire shower. Rick had it worked on a few different times while we were there. Thank you for letting us share your home for our family vacation!

What a home!!!

This house was amazing! 2 pools, 1 was 9 1/2 deep and the other was 3.5-6.5 feet. Beds were all very comfortable. The views of sunset each night were stunning! The owners were also very very helpful with arranging a person for transportation and very easy to work with. They arranged a dinner to be made for us on the night of arrival and that was amazing as well!!! 6 stars out of 5!!!! We will come back!!

We stayed at Villa Beachcliff for 9-days and had an absolutely incredible time. We booked the villa earlier in the year looking for a “no holds barred” kind of vacation with mom as she was recently diagnosed with early-stage Alzheimer’s so want to do as many amazing things with her while we can. The villa and Rick helped us meet that goal and more. There were 9 of us total, 5 adults and 4 kids, ranging in age from 16 to 7. The villa was perfect for us. As noted in other reviews, there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, especially the older teenagers who unexpectedly even got their own room. The younger kids could also run around on their own without us having to worry about them…same deal for mom with her cognitive issues. We loved everything about the villa. There were so many different places to sit and enjoy different spectacular views. It was neat to have the Atlantic on one side and Caribbean on the others. There was always a great breeze coming off the Atlantic side to keep things cool. Our favorite thing to do while we were in Grenada was watching the evening sunsets from the upper deck balcony. Whatever we were doing during the day, we always made sure to get back each evening for the sunset. Simply amazing. We always felt safe there, as was the case in all of Grenada. The villa is located near the end of a street so traffic was minimal. We walked to dinner down the street a few evenings without issue. It was an easy 10 minute shot to

Fantastic! We absolutely loved our stay!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The pictures do not do the property justice. The house is much better in person. We felt right at home in this incredible, beautiful, and clean villa. It has everything we could possibly want and then some. Rick and Karen are such wonderful hosts. They are very welcoming and kind. Rick took our group on an intersting and enjoyable tour of the island. We would recommend staying here to anyone and everyone. What a Find! Loved Our Stay!

We couldn’t have known that we would be escaping the bomb cyclone in Colorado, but, good fortune was ours in many ways with our wonderful stay at Villa Beachcliff! Our family of three was immensely comfortable and relaxed in this beautiful, safe, well equipped property with breathtaking views! Everything we needed was within fifteen minutes of this lovely property...airport, grocery store, excellent dining, beautiful beaches, entertainment! Rick and Karen were wonderful hosts and the staff that kept things fresh could not have been nicer. We loved the two pools, private beach and multiple games available around the home. Now, to gather our friends and family and return!

Wonderful week at Villa Beachcliff

Our extended family of 8 enjoyed a wonderful week at Villa Beachcliff. We range in age from 13 to 80 and there was something for everyone. The two pools, private beach and lots of places to curl up with a book, beautiful views and ocean breezes. The villa is located in a wonderful area of Grenada where we could walk/jog and always felt safe. Rick and Karen are great hosts and communication was wonderful. They gave us some great recommendations including lunch at the University Club which is right down the road, the BBC beach which is a truly beautiful spot with lots of shade as well as sun. Breakfast at the West Indies brewery, cocktails at the Umbrella Beach bar. We took an excursion to the 7 sisters waterfalls and hiked down and jumped in the falls which our teenage daughters loved. The list goes on.... Thank you Rick and Karen for having us! We'd love to come back someday!

Rick and Karen: In all my Caribbean travels we have not found a spot as nice as yours. From the beautiful views to the soothing sounds of the ocean and the incredible breeze one couldn't ask for better. We appreciated all your attention to our needs from per-stocking the refrigerator to all the great recommendations you truly enhance our vacation. If people are looking for a great get-away spot with family and/or friends this is the place to be. The Villa has great space, great views and great pools. Who could ask for anything more. Absolutely Wonderful !!!

Villa Beachcliff is everything you see and read online and more. Our family of 8 was delighted with our stay at Villa Beachcliff. It is like being tucked away in a tropical paradise! The views are fantastic with a constant cooling breeze. The décor and rooms are lovely and every amenity you could want is provided. Karen and Rick were the most delightful hosts we have ever had in the 20 years we have been renting villas. Beachcliff is located on a beautiful, quiet road that was great for taking our morning walks and conveniently located near great restaurants and shopping. And we cant say enough about the friendly people of Grenada... warm, inviting and helpful. It was truly one of our favorite vacations!!

Perfect place to stay!

We had five couples staying at Villa Beachcliff and it was perfect for our group. The Villa is big enough that we all had our space and plenty of room to lounge around. I didn't think there was any way it could be as nice as advertised and it exceeded it! Rick and Karen are excellent hosts. Rick answered all my numerous questions promptly before the trip and arranged the rental car to come to the Villa for us to drive. The villa is incredibly clean and well maintained. We loved sitting our on the many decks to watch the ocean, as well as the sunset every night. The last night we were there we even saw the sailboat races right off of the coast. I can't say enough about how lovely this place is. We had a fabulous time in Grenada.

Absolute Paradise

It is hard to write this review because the greedy side of me wants to keep Villa Beachcliff a secret! A group of 9 of us stayed here for a girls trip and never wanted to leave - so much so that several of us even skipped out on excursions and tours just so we could enjoy the beauty of the villa. Rick and Karen were wonderful and welcoming hosts who were extremely helpful in ensuring our stay was perfect from start to finish. This was everyone's first trip to Grenada, and certainly will not be our last. Villa Beachcliff is clean, comfortable, offers UNPARALLELED views of both the Caribbean and Atlantic Oceans while offering more than enough space so that no one felt crowded. Rick & Karen: thank you for everything, we simply cannot wait to return!

Mini vaca

Our daughter is a student at SGU & we were moving her home.She was coming from the college & us from NYS. It was conveinent for her, easy for us-airport is close,grocery delivery was right on time as was our airport pickup which both were coordinated with Rick. Our party came in batches of 3 so Rick had 3 rounds of Rum Punch prepared! He gave us a tour of the place & how it all worked. It was just GREAT! We enjoyed the pools,a chef's dinner, beds were comfy cozy & rooms cool for sleeping. It was wonderful - can't wait to go back!! Della L

You don't want to miss this place!

This place is basically a private resort with something for everyone! Rick arranged to have us picked up from the airport and had our rental cars waiting for us at the house. He greeted us at the house to show us around and welcome us with a cocktail! There were nine of us ranging in age from 12-50 there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have privacy when needed. The place itself was beautiful, we spent many mornings on the upper patio having coffee and watching rainbows form in the distance. Rick and Karen were the ultimate hosts arranging for everything we needed from a chef bringing in fresh fish and preparing it for us to cook to a tour of the local sites, a private catamaran tour and even a van to take us to dinner one night. They were always available and friendly when we interacted with them. So glad we got the opportunity to stay here, it's certainly a vacation that will last a lifetime!

Absolute Paradise.....

A small group of us decided to head to Grenada to celebrate a few Birthdays. When i saw Villa Beachcliff online I knew that is where we had to stay. Once we walked thru the front door I knew we made the right decision!! The villa is absolutely incredible with unbelievable views! Rick and Karen were such kind and gracious hosts. They were extremely helpful in the planning of our entire trip as well as daily excursions. Rick took us on an excellent tour of the island. There were several days that we never left the Villa and took advantage of our 2 pools and private beach access. Each night we enjoyed the sunset on the top lookout. Each bedroom was very clean and unique and stocked with the necessities. I would without a doubt recommend this property to anyone traveling to the beautiful country of Grenada. I have never been around such lush terrain and such friendly people. I am dying to go back soon!!
