SPACIOUS WATERFRONT HOME WITH BOAT LIFT AND FLOATING DOCK 🎣 3/2 W/ BONUS ROOM

A quite neighborhood home located on Indian waters canal right off of Crystal River. We are just minutes from seeing the manatees, fishing, tours, snorkeling and restaurants.
Use our kayaks and float down the peaceful water in search of manatees or rent a boat and catch something on Kings bay.
Our home has a screened in patio for outdoor barbecues. A fire pit over looking the water. Fenced in back back yard with ample space to enjoy. Boat lift and floating dock, also fish cleaning table for all your catches.
We have two big screen TVs with WiFi and roku. Ample closet and dresser space.
Modern Kitchen with large island is stocked with pots and pans dinnerware and cutlery everything you need for meals at home.
There is a extra large crate, dog bed and doggie dishes if needed.
We have a washer and dryer, driveway and garage parking.
Garage has 2 bikes, and 4 kayaks so come enjoy a relaxing vacation.

Great Option for Families of All Ages!

Everything was as described. Lots of outdoor space and enough inside to be comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and parking is easy. The neighborhood is quiet and close by to some trails as well as super easy to get downtown.

Great Place!

As I do a memory instead of presents for my kids and grandkids, this was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely, in a nice neighborhood. Close to all the activities we had planned. The kayaks were a hit with the teens and kids. The dock made for a great group picture! We had more than enough room for our family of 9. All the amenities. I highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.
