Welcome to Flip Flops 'N Shades located in the Village Walk neighborhood. The entire house is beautifully decorated. When entering the home you are welcomed into the main level of the rental. You will find an open space with a living room with a sectional couch and a large flat screen tv where you can sit, unwind, and have a movie night with the entire family after a long day at the beach. A beautiful dining table that seats six people is right next to the fully equipped kitchen with with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook. As you make your way through the rental you find a full size bathroom and the master bedroom with a king bed, lounge chairs and a flat screen smart tv.
As you make your way outside look for the beautiful lighted Pagoda to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning sun and listen to the ocean waves. A propane BBQ grill is available and there is also space for yard games. Heading upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms , one with a queen size bed and the second room with a queen over queen set of bunkbeds. The suite comes completed with a kitchenette, mini fridge, microwave and a Keurig. There is a full size bathroom and a dining table that seats up to six people and a flat screen tv to catch up on your shows. There is a balcony view off the back room and you can even see one the of the community pools right across the road! Need to wash your bathing suit? Don't worry, right in the garage you will find a stackable washer and dryer, beach toys, beach toys and boogie boards.
Please note this home has separate sleeping quarters between the 1st and 2nd floors which can be accessed by outdoor stairs. This layout is perfect for groups that want a bit more quiet and privacy!
Village Walk has two heated/cooled pools inside a gated community.
**4 minutes from miles and miles of Sandy Beaches for walking, biking, jogging, building sand castles, horseshoes, shelling, and the best sun bathing you can find. Also available nearby are beach rentals for surfing, sailboarding, jet skiing, and so many other ways to have fun . . . . . OR, just lay on the beach and relax!!

Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:
1) Flip Flop N Shades VW91 provides 2 parking spaces in the driveway. If you rent a golf cart there is a small space where the golf cart can fit. Properly planning the correct number of vehicles prior to your departure will enhance your vacation experience.
2) Parking Tags will be provided by New Wave Vacation Rentals.
3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW 91 No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways
4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk
5) Towing will be strictly enforced
