Driveway Parking: Fits up to 4-5 cars OR 2 boats comfortably.
Street parking is strictly prohibited.
Other Things to Note:
Enjoy a perfectly heated pool—no extra fees! Pool heat is already included in your stay, keeping the water at a comfortable 80°F. If you’d like it even warmer, we’re happy to accommodate! For an additional $50 per day, we can heat the pool beyond 80°F to your preferred temperature.

Why they chose this property
Saint Joe Beach is the sweetest, most serene and unique town - we were sucked in immediately and see why everyone loves it. The neighborhood is very quiet, the people are nice, the beach is close, the pool backs up to the woods.... there's nothing not to love!
What makes this property unique
What makes our property unique is the large salt water pool with a fenced in backyard that backs up to the woods for wonderful privacy. The interior has been designed with style and comfort for families in mind. The brand new 6-person golf cart is incredible!
