Why they chose this property
A both a lot of locally owned eats, and diners that have such a classic feel to them as well as up and coming new concepts. The bars and Cafe's are tough to beat. Super artsy and trendy part of town - check out Randyland for a local genius' art. Free-spirited vibes. Unreal area for sports, concerts, and medicine. All located with a view.
