Riverfront Cottage! The 5 panel accordion doors opens up bringing merging the kitchen/ living room with the spacious outdoor patio only feet away from the Tennessee River. Cottage is fully stocked with all the amenities and guests are welcome to use paddle boards, kayaks, and fishing gear. Location is ideal! Walk to downtown and market square. Ride your bike to UT campus, or mountain bike at Baker Creek. Kayak from Seven Islands, Paddle board to I-jams Nature Park, be apart of the VOL NAVY, or simply tailgate on your own private deck & dock and enjoy that VOL fan energy since you can hear the game calls being announced from Neyland Stadium.
