Incredible OCEAN VIEW with Beautiful SUNSETS

We are located across the street from the ocean, golf course, airstrip, coffee shop, pizza shop & Venezuelan restaurant. Shelter cove is a cozy community where you can take a stroll on the Black Sands beaches, hike on the nature trails or explore the tidepools. Choose from a variety of hand crafted beers at the Gyppo Brewery & restaurant. Visit our lighthouse. You can watch deer eating in the meadow, observe seals basking in the sun and occasionally see whales spouting. Bring your own boat or charter a fishing adventure. The nearby airstrip accommodates small planes that tie up within walking distance of our home. Marvel at the incredible sunsets right from the deck. Stargaze into the dark night sky. Fall asleep to the lullaby of the ocean waves.
The space
Relax on the deck with a glass of wine while you watch the breath-taking sunsets. Cook and bake in the custom kitchen. Take naps in the comfy beds, go hiking on the nearby trails or just cuddle up on the sofa with a book or movie. Our home is a spacious 2268 square feet. Enjoy family and friends around the propane firepit in the gazebo.
Main spaces:
The main floor is an open area including living room, dining and kitchen. The kitchen has a double oven, KitchenAid mixer, crock pot, rice cooker, Keurig and regular pot coffee maker, toaster, blender and all the cookware & tableware you'll need.
Bedrooms:
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, slider with ocean view, wall heater, ceiling fan and spacious closet. The master bathroom has a large shower, double sinks and a bidet toilet.
The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dresser, wall heater, ceiling fan and large closet.
The third bedroom has a comfortable queen murphy bed, wall heater, celling fan and a slider to the deck with an ocean view. It has an office area with internet hook up and printer/copier.
The lookout BONUS Room is located on the 3rd floor, accessible by a spiral staircase. Play games, do puzzles or play on the poker table while enjoying the ocean view. The comfortable queen size futon couch/bed is available as extra sleeping space. Relax and belly up to the hand crafted custom oak bar.
The second bathroom has a tub / shower, vanity and toilet.
The laundry room is available for your use.

Shelter Cove is a very small and isolated community. There is a small general store and a campground store available for snacks, treats, beer and wine, souvenirs, and some things you may have forgotten. There are five options for dining out. We suggest that you grocery shop before coming to the Cove. The nearest pharmacy or large grocery store are nearly thirty miles away in Redway and Garberville.
This house is not a party house, it is our family's home. We are thrilled to share it with you and hope you treat it as if it were your own.
Guest access
Guests have complete access to the house. The shops are not accessible. There is plenty of onsite parking for cars and boats. There is a water hose available to flush your boat engines & clean after a day of fishing.
A key-less entry code will be provided 24 hours prior to guest's arrival and only after payment received, for ease of home access upon arrival.
