The Blonde House was a perfect spot for us and the dogs this weekend. Has everything you need and a huge yard. Restaurants and activities all walking distance. If you're super tall you won't fit the in the shower, but my 6'6" hubby made it work and we would definitely stay here again. Rich is very responsive. Definitely book this for your next trip to Williams!

Ants/smelly

There were ants everywhere. The house smells like mold/cigarette smoke. The shower does not fit anyone over 5’8.

I'm sorry for the ants and odors, Amanda! I'm sorry that you didn't say anything while you were here. We are addressing both issues this morning, before anyone else visits. Than you for the heads up. Rich

My wife and I live in Phoenix and frequently travel with our two little dogs. We bought this home in Williams because we love the famous Route 66 strip with restaurants and shops. It’s an eclectic neighborhood and located in the center of things. Walk to the Grand Canyon Railroad, Canyon Coaster Park and all the hiking trails. Bearizona is a short drive. We enjoyed fully remodeling the home, putting on a brand new roof and installing central air conditioning and heat, all new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, countertops, and appliances. We hope that you enjoy the home as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

The Downtown Blonde Bungalow is extremely well located in downtown Williams. You can walk to everything in the town center - shopping, entertainment, groceries, restaurants, the Grand Canyon Railroad, and all the hiking trails.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique due to its combination of old and new. It was constructed before the second world war, yet you’ll find an updated kitchen and bath with modern appliances, air conditioning, heat, and Samsung Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom. The fully fenced yard is huge and features a gazebo, picnic table, Adirondack chairs, fire pit and charcoal BBQ grill.
