These apartments are located in a wood-frame building typical of Houston’s older neighborhoods. While recently renovated, sound may carry between floors—especially in upstairs/downstairs unit pairings (e.g., Arbor 1/3, 2/4, 5/7, 6/8). We encourage guests to be mindful of footsteps and volume, particularly during quiet hours.
🧺 Shared Courtyard Use
All Arbor guests share access to a grassy, pet-friendly courtyard. While great for kids and pets, please note that mosquitoes may be present in warmer months. We recommend insect repellent during your stay.
