The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
- Set the thermostat to 75F
- Place all used towels & wash cloths in the washer (Do NOT wash)
- Wash any used dishes & return them to the cabinets
- Leave tv remote on living room table
- Turn off all lights
- Lock all doors (both patio locks & only the bottom lock on the front door)
- Return the key to the lockbox and close it (make sure to scramble the numbers)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
