Located in the Austin Colony neighborhood, this 2bed/2bath home is exactly what you have been looking for! The closest neighborhood to new Tesla Giga Factor and only 15mins from Circuit of the Americas, its a perfect fit for just the weekend or a longer stay!

The main family room features an upscale couch and lounge chair as well as a 60inch Smart TV that will stream anything you might need from our 100+GB internet.

The kitchen is fully-stocked with everything you might need including coffee and cream to start off your morning. There is also a dining table for your sit down meals.

The master bedroom features a queen, luxury foam mattress as well as an attached master bath and ample closet space.

The guest bedroom features a queen, luxury foam mattress, a 50inch Smart TV and has a private entrance to the second bathroom.

There is a very large 2 car garage with a washer and dryer.

The backyard is fairly large and is fully fenced in. It also includes a sectional outdoor couch.

You will have access to the entire home including the garage and washer/dryer. We have one locked closet for our supplies.

Keyless and seamless guest access by entering with a code.

When you enter the home you will immediately notice the care and thought put into every detail of the room. Not only will you be wowed by the décor but you will also be impressed the cleanliness and overall quality.

For stays longer than 30 days, guests will be required to sign a renter's agreement. The agreement will be sent from us directly to your email inbox.

Great Place to Stay in Austin

This house had everything we needed and was complete with games to play in the backyard. My friends and I felt safe walking in the neighborhood and would stay here again. It is close to the airport and within driving distance to shops. If you're heading to Austin, book this place.

Perfect house!

The property was exactly what we needed for our stay. It was so clean! The house set up was perfect for us and we were all very comfortable there. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Wonderful Stay

Le was a wonderful host. Super responsive when I had a question and immediately took care of anything we needed. The house is super cute and nicely furnished. We felt at home and look forward to our next stay there.

Great stay

We had a great stay at this property! The house was extremely clean and you can tell it is taken well care of. Everything was excellent, from the decor to the white sheets and towels. The owner was communicative and checking in and out was a breeze. We’ll definitely be coming back.
