NEW RENTAL Property in Lead close to all the wonderful activities and attractions in the Northern Black Hills! Just steps from Recreational Springs Resort for ATV, UTV, Snowmobile rentals along with a bar and grill. Terry Peak Ski Area just minutes away from the rental. This home has easy access, paved u-shape driveway and has a very private deck area for enjoying your morning coffee and relaxing in the evening!

You'll have great areas to relax and enjoy your vacation home - the main level has a spacious kitchen with island and everything you need to prepare meals for your group. There's a theatre room on the main level, a sitting area with another TV, shuffle board game, half bath and a spacious breezeway for kicking off your shoes and storing your gear.

Upstairs you'll find 4 bedrooms - King bedroom, Queen bedroom, 2 Twins, and a Bunkroom with double on bottom and single on top. There's also a futon in the living space upstairs. Sleeps 11. The main living space upstairs has some comfy seating, a poker table, a gorgeous wall of windows to take in the scenery and a walk-out to a fabulous outdoor oasis on the back deck. You'll find yourself enjoying the back deck area a lot! It features a large 5-6 man hot tub, 2 tables with seating, a gas fire table, and umbrellas for shade so you can enjoy it all day long.

Downstair bedroom has a Twin bed and Full Size Bed.

*We highly recommend 4-wheel drive in winter.
*This home does not have A/C but it is over 6100 ft. elevation - it cools off nicely at night and stays comfortable during the days. We do have window fans for each bedroom.

Blackhills Snowmobiling Trip

This place is amazing. Worth every penny. We stayed there for kool deadwood nights and had a great time. The fire pit out back was a great way to spend an evening with friends. Ill be back forsure.
