Welcome to your charming, sun-soaked reprieve!
Enjoy a cozy living room adorned with huge casement windows for enjoying east-west sun, a lovely front patio with seating, and comfy bedrooms for restful sleep.
The renovated kitchen / dining area is fully stocked for all cooking and baking needs and features an extra large farmhouse table for gathering. Other touches of refurbished & local finds throughout.

-- Stay for a relaxing getaway, or to explore the local charm of downtown Saugerties, Woodstock & Catskill in every season. The house is also a short 25 minutes from both Hunter and Wyndham mountains.
-- This listing is for full private use of the property including a full acre of land, tree swing, BBQ & firepit. A detached bonus room can be converted into a 3rd bedroom w/ a full size bed upon request (see photos!).
-- The whole property has exceptional WiFi thanks to our Orbi wifi system; great for extended stays and remote work.
-- HealingHouse is child friendly with a portable pack and play crib for children 2 and younger.
-- Dogs allowed on approval; tell us about your furry friends to bring them along :)

Why they chose this property
I've always wanted a country house. After my husband and I started dating we frequented the area and ended up staying in Saugerties over and over again. We love the people, food and access to nature. Now it's a pleasure to host guests when we're not enjoying the property so they can get a taste for beautiful Saugerties and the surrounding towns as well!
