ALDEA is a 22-unit low-rise condominium complex on 285 feet of a private white sand beach in the town of Belleair Beach, a small residential community on the southern edge of Clearwater, Florida.

Relaxing beachfront condo for rent. Walk off of the patio over the yard right to the beautiful sand of Belleair Beach! A large one-bedroom getaway with beautiful ocean views. Visit nearby Caladesi Island State Park, Sand Key, or Clearwater Beach, or walk only steps out the back door onto the beautiful Belleair Beach or heated pool. Sand and ocean, as well as fine dining and entertainment, are readily accessible to you at this luxury condo.

Enjoy beautiful sunsets and fun in the sun with the first-floor walk-out to the beach. This freshly decorated unit provides a comfortable townhome feel while still capturing the relaxation of the ocean. Spend the day in historical St. Petersburg, enjoying galleries and fine dining. Close to excellent entertainment and shopping but also a great place to relax and unwind.

HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:
You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July, and Aug. One week minimum stay.
No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit
No cooking food that creates an unpleasant living environment for other tenants.

Beach getaway

What a great week. This place is steps from the beach and within a few miles of the best seafood you will ever eat. We arrived after hours but the hosts were more than willing to assist in the check in process. Beautiful views from the porch of the gulf!! Easy to access for morning walks and the sunsets are simply spectacular Book this one bedroom unit - you will not be sorry.

We love the Aldea! It’s a hidden quiet gem. The rental company was fantastic to work with. There was a water issue our first day and it was handled quickly and they were in constant communication with us until the issue was resolved. Highly recommend florida beach rentals and the Aldea, room 7.

Roomy and comfy. Great TVs and cable. Ceiling light in bedroom not working. Fan stuck on one speed. No screen for slider. Would have been nice to leave door open. No lock on slider when you go to the beach. Too many fancy glasses, tea cups, dessert dishes and no reusable plastic cups for pool. Grill requires gas tank which I was not about to purchase so grill was unusable. A charcoal one would be better. I purchased a cutting board and 9x13 pan to use. Nice appliances. Good pots and pans. I would stay there again if the light/fan and screen were fixed.

Great View of the ocean

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this condo and have loved it both times. It’s very clean and has all the necessities for a beach stay, including a charcoal grill. It’s only a few steps to the beach and pool. It has the most beautiful view from the kitchen, living room and patio! We hope to come back some day.

The unit was not clean, kitchen counters and especially the range hood was filthy, also the tile flooring was not cleaned and mopped adequately. The floors were filmy with dirt .

The location is great, however the dwelling is somewhat outdated. The lighting is terrible, very dim . Needs some new lamps and led bulbs. Remote in bedroom did not work, so there was only the Tv in the living room.

The only problem was seeing roaches even though the condo looked very clean. Would have loved to have another unbroken beach chair and beach umbrella. Those type things are hard to transport then flying.

Beautiful condo

We had a wonderful time at this condo. More beautiful than its pictures. Can easily walk to the beach. We loved that it was on a private beach. The weather was great during our week. There was one rainy day...and we chose to visit the Circus museum in Sarasota during that time. We hope to be back soon to enjoy this great condo.

Wonderful week @ beautiful Belleair Beach!

This is our second year in a row staying at Aldea7. Clean, well-equipped 1 bedroom condo in a great complex. Pool was awesome, as was the beach access. I would highly recommend it to any couples looking for a quiet setting. Still, only a few minutes away from some great restaurants and only a five minute drive to Clearwater Beach. Kudos to the office staff, too. Very friendly!

Very good place to stay

This is a beautiful, clean and well equipped home that is in an ideal location – just a few steps down to the beach. The home is very comfortable for a small family. The beach was beautiful and we had no issues at all with crowding and we really enjoyed the privacy. It's great having the shared pool almost right out the back door. There was also a charcoal grill on the patio. Charcoal is provided as well. You definitely need to have a car though, there is nothing close. Management is super responsive and helpful. Any issues were resolved right away. When we have arrived I found that there is no cutting board in a kitchen (probably I just couldn’t find it ). I call the office to inform about that and the next day they provide me with a new cutting board. Also we left some personal things over there and Jackie was very kind to arrange the mail back to our home. Thanks a lot. We enjoyed every minute of our trip and we will definitely look to go back in future years.

Absolutely Amazing!

We were very pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the condo was! Only thing we needed to go to the store for was food! Loved the convenience of access to the Beach and Pool! Everyone we have met here has been very nice! We decided Cody's Steak House is out favorite restaurant here! We haven't been able to take a vacation in over 8 years! This was well worth the wait! We will be return guests! I highly recommend Aldea 7 for your next vacation!
