The listing noted Air conditioning in windows It failed to say that there was no A/C in two rooms and that there. was no central air conditioning only portable units which were extremely noisy . We were told to turn a switch on in the hallway which we did which was for a unit under the roof. to remove the heat. It was so noisy we turned it off . The two rooms were so hot at night . No sleep..This is unacceptable
The mats in the bath rooms are a law suit waiting to happen. they should be non skid. As it is they slide all over the floor
Blanket on one of the beds looked like a bear had torn it apart
THe alarm went off and we couldn't find anyone to turn it off. It was an alarm that expired and had failed to be taken out by the owner. Finally we had the house handy man come over and turn it off.
In the contract #8 it says the garbage cans would be put in the garage , Instead they were at the back of the house which is on an incline and my wife had to struggle to get them up front for pick up. I couldn't do it because I have bad injuries in my legs from professional sports . Luckily the next door neighbor kindly helped us, There was a jeep parked in the locked garage .
The lamp beside the master bed just fell apart . The shade would not stay on . I took the lamp and put it aside Both lamps were very cheap
Through all this we had very poor response from the management company . Personally I would fire them
We want some reimbursement for this whole bad experience
