About this property

This family friendly, pool home located in the desirable, Deep Creek community of Punta Gorda, has all the comforts of home and then some. You can enjoy family meals outside under cover or around the pool deck! Deep Creek is a well maintained, fantastic neighborhood! With the convenient location just off of Route 75, you are a short drive to all the attractions SWFL has to offer. Award winning beaches, Spring Training Stadiums, and wonderful fine dining, outlets and mall shopping options, plus an abundance of golf courses! The house has three bedrooms and two baths and is located on a small non-navigable canal. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. Xfinity cable and internet are also provided. There is an additional fee for heating the pool, and it is $200 per month or $50 per week.
