About this property

Great little place right on the Peace river with beautiful river views from the kitchen and yard. We have 2 nice bedrooms a full kitchen and a nice common area. There is a boat launch and boat dock for you. Just bring your boat. There is a very nice fishing pier with a cleaning station. Also I have fishing pole and beach chairs and toy that your welcome to use during your stay. Also a golf cart your welcome to use to ride around the park. As long as you don't leave the park. It's illegal on main roads.

Fisherman's Paradise

Iside was clean but rundown. No ventilation in the bathroom gave it a musty smell. Outside needed a good cleaning up. Cigarette buts, rocks out of place and an undrivable car in one of the 2 parking spaces. The park is still cleaning up after Hurricane Ian. Still a number of damaged and uninhabitable trailers. People in the Park were very friendly and helpful. Very nice pier to walk, sun and fish from. Good location a short drive from restaurants stores.

Great if you love to fish! Cozy and comfortable abode.

This little 2 bedroom "cottage" type home is a little dated and in need of a few up dates, but we loved it! It is cozy and comfortable. We made friends with a few neighbors while fishing on the private fishing pier. (Use of fishing poles in shed are greatly appreciated!!) There is a golf cart for use as well, but we did not use it. Centrally located if you are planning to visit great beaches near Venice, Englewood and also go to Fort Meyers.
