Historic 1910 home on the beautiful Indian River Lagoon in Pelican's Landing Resort. Old Florida feel in a friendly 5 star, 55+ Adult Resort. View of river with boat dock included. Relax and watch the dolphins swim or the pelican fly above. Enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail in our waterfront boat house or sit under our riverfront pergola with panoramic views of the Indian River. If you enjoy bird watching this is your perfect venue. Fish off our large dock. Walk to local parks, tiki bars and restaurants. Enjoy the many arts, crafts and automobile shows as well as Friday night concerts in Riverview Park. 10 minutes by boat to famous Sebastian Inlet. Entertain your friends on your wrap around porch. Propane grill included. All you need is your clothes. This gorgeous home has everything you need and includes a washer/dryer and dishwasher.
