Anele`s Pearl is a stunning new custom home that backs up to the 5th green of the pristine Plantation Golf Course. Within only a few blocks to beach access 35, you are a short walk to the beach without having to be on the main drive. This home sleeps 15, has 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and offers ample living space making it perfect for a large family getaway.
Enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the views from any of the 4 porches located on both the front and back of the home or sit by the electric fire pit located on the ground floor patio.
The home is Located on the sound side of Edisto where the river meets the sea. It makes for a calm, shallow entrance to the water. Perfect for little ones and people who do not like to get pummeled by big waves. Easy for boats to beach and have the best of both worlds, if you are going for a cruise. When the tide is out it opens up for yards and yards of beach.

Guests must sign and acknowledge a rental contract before their stay. Check in time is anytime after 4:00pm and check out is anytime ,before 10:00am. The home does not allow, smoking, vaping, pets, parties or events.

The new custom home offers ample living and sleeping space, indoor and outdoor dining, plus additional seating making it perfect for a large group or multiple families. The tall ceilings and open concept floor plan offer a tranquil atmosphere allowing guests to unwind and take in the serene setting that holds true to Edisto Beach. Sitting on the 5th green of the Plantation Golf Course and a few blocks back from Palmetto Blvd, this home is tucked back from the main traffic of the Island.
What makes this property unique
Outdoor features include 5 seating areas: Space #1: main entry porch with 4 rocking chairs; Space #2: back main floor porch with a dining table for 10: Space #3: front upper floor porch with a table for 4 and 2 chairs; Space #4: back upper floor porch with a sectional plus two chairs; Space #5: covered patio with sectional and electric fire pit. There is a car port with an electrical outlet perfect for a golf cart, two additional covered parking spaces, and space for 5 cars in the main driveway.
