Fabulous View

We had a great time at this adorable beach cottage! It has an amazing ocean view and tons of outdoor space to enjoy. The barbie bath was amazing. The management company was so helpful. We will be back for sure.

If we can get this house again, we will!

We have been to 30A several years with our family and love it. This year we rented this home with the Barbie bathroom and we all had a total blast. Close to the beach and the home was perfect with the 2 balconies and a porch. If we can get this house again, we will!

We had the best time at Beach N Bogey! The house was exactly as described and we loved having such a short walk to the beach. The host was very easy to get in contact with and even provided olive oil and salt/pepper when we inquired if they had any on property.

We loved this Home and its great view

This home was a perfect fit for our beach trip. It had a comfortable layout, plenty of room for everyone, and all the essentials we needed for a relaxing stay. The home was spotless, inviting, and easy to settle into right away. The third-floor crow's nest was definitely a highlight. We loved having a quiet place to take in the views of the neighborhood and ocean. It was a great spot to start the morning with coffee or end the day after being out on the beach. The location was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would happily come back! Beach luxury vacations were great.

What a Great View with a Great Home.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Everything felt well cared for, and we had plenty of space to relax after spending the day at the beach. One of our favorite features was the third-floor crow's nest. It was such a great spot to enjoy the views of the area and the ocean, especially in the mornings and evenings. It made the home feel extra special and gave us a perfect place to unwind. The location was convenient, the home had everything we needed, and we would definitely stay here again! Beach Luxury Vacations were great to rent from.

This has been our favorite place to stay along 30A yet. We loved spending time as a family in the widow's walk (aka: the vacation perch, crow's nest, etc.) We played games, read books, ate dinner and enjoyed fireworks in the distance from Baytowne Wharf, all in our perch. We adored the swings on the front porch, and the entire neighborhood was so peaceful. We were grateful for the grill, which we used to cook some delicious steak and chicken dinners. And, we were pleasantly surprised for a lovely trail that left from our doorstep out to the road that truly gave us five-minute access to the beach. This was a wonderful place to stay and we look forward to returning.

Overall a great property in a good location with a fairly responsive host. There were a few issues on arrival but the host was able to resolve at least two of them (burned out bulb and broken beach umbrella). Property still had broken door lock and sound bar that need to be addressed. I would stay here again!

We investigated the soundbar and found that the setting had been changed from TV to radio, so we switched it back. We also inspected the door lock but were unable to find any issues with it. Beach n Bogey

Another Fantastic stay at Beach n Bogey! We were able to log some beach time as the weather was perfect and also able to put a few bogeys on that golf scorecard at Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club. The house is so charming and the views to die for! Can't wait to come back next year!

Great Vacations

We had a great stay at Beach N Bogey. The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. One of our favorite features was the gorgeous panoramic view of the ocean. We loved having drinks at the outdoor table in the crow's nest and watching the sunset each evening. It made every night feel so peaceful and special. Having the pool right across the street was also wonderful. We made so many great memories that I will cherish for years to come. A special thank you to the exceptional management company, Beach Luxury Vacations, for making sure everything was perfect for us.

Wonderful Stay on 30A

We had such a great stay at this home! Everything was exactly as described and even better in person. The house was spotless and had plenty of room for our whole family. Getting to the beach quick and easy, and the community pool across the street was a great bonus. The management team was very responsive and helpful as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Management company topNotch, super responsive. House: the view from the crow’s nest is ridiculous. We spent each morning with coffee up there. This house felt like a home. We’ve had some really amazing houses, but this truly felt homey, and that changed something for us in a really good way. Restful, slower, more relaxed. Couches appear in pics to be uncomfortable, surprisingly they are actually quite comfy! Kitchen had what you needed (we made a full Thanksgiving meal). Lots of space, porches, room. If you have the chance, book this house where even the neighbors (who live there) were so friendly and spunky. Walk to the beach, we went twice a day, maybe a 5 min walk. And multiple restaurants and bars within 10 min walk. One of my favorite 30A vacation spots ever. Will absolutely be back.

Check in was great. Lots of information was sent beforehand so the communication was top notch. The house was amazing, just what we expected from the listing. We spent a lot of time at the beach and the pool. Lots of options for dining within a few miles. We also spent the evenings in the crows nest playing card games and watching the sunset. Beautiful neighborhood and a great trip!

Beach House Getaway

We had such a great time at this beach house! Our favorite spot was the ocean-view crow's nest—the views were amazing, we loved watching sunsets at the outdoor table and chairs up there. The location was super convenient, just a few minutes from Gulf Place. We could easily grab dinner, coffee, or go shopping. We loved eating at Stinkies Fish Camp the most. The manager recommended it. The community pool was right across the street. They also had beach chairs and a wagon for us to use. Big shoutout to Beach Luxury Vacations, they were awesome to work with.
