This excellent Palermo location is just blocks away from the subway (subte), renowned Plaza Serrano, Las Canitas, and Bosques de Palermo (including the Rosedal rose garden) and is perfect for up to three persons to relish. The new restaurant and cafe complex of Palermo is just a short walk away and you can sample local and international culinary delights close to home.

Please note: If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your apartment , we recommend booking the apartment for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your apartment till you depart. If other guests are coming or going on the same day, check-out from the apt. is at 11am and check-in is after 1pm. I am super flexible with this. If no one needs the apt that day, it is all yours. We will discuss this when you book or check into the apartment.
If you choose not to reserve, I will be glad to store your luggage.

Fantastic modern aprtmebt

We enjoyed 3 nights at this well-located apartment in a very safe building. The place has everything we needed, including a rooftop hot tub. Beautiful views of the city were our treat each morning and evening. The agents were very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend it!

We stayed at this beautiful apartment for 6 nights over Christmas in 2018. We disembarked from our cruise very early on Sunday morning. Try and find a hotel that will check you in at 10am around Christmas time! No problem for these professionals. Just one quick phone call and Marcelo was on his way with wine, water and a pile of information to check us in and show us around. As we left the elevator on the 19th floor and entered the exclusive door to the apartment, our breath was taken away by the views of Buenos Aires. The apartment was simply perfect for two. The large bed is EXTREMELY comfortable, the internet fast and reliable, and there is plenty of space to hang clothes and park your "stuff". There is even a multi-world power socket in the kitchen that accommodated all our devices. Lounging in the whirlpool on the private rooftop with a bottle of champagne watching fireworks was simply serene. There are plenty of shops in close vicinity to buy food and drinks. The kitchen may not be huge, but ample for light cooking. The washing machine was most helpful as we had hardly anything clean to wear after our cruise around Cape Horn. There is even a garden and swimming pool on the ground floor. The neighbours were all very friendly! Palermo is certainly one of the nicest parts of Buenos Aires to stay. We felt safe and enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere. You cannot find a better host than Ralf! He even invited us to dinner on Christmas Eve with an international crowd that turned into the perfect evening. He always checked if everything was alright, and offered us a late check-out for our 18:05 flight back to Germany. The hardware in the apartment is of a good standard, the views from all the different floors and balconies stunning. Don't think twice if you are looking for a unique experience in Buenos Aires: rent this apartment! We will for sure when we return (or one of Ralf's other apartments should this one not be available).

I loved this condo. It's definitely not as big as it looks in the photos, but it is so comfortable and so clean and has a great location. Ralf, the host, was wonderful. The drivers to and from the airport were great. The bed was so comfortable and I used the sofa bed for a friend and she said it was comfortable, as well. I would definitely stay there again. It was a wonderful home in Buenos Aires.

The view from the bed was amazing, the private rooftop spot was amazing, and the extra touches were extreme helpful (we arrived Christmas morning and were very grateful to have fruit in the apartment!). Host is incredibly friendly and helpful, and we're grateful we got to crash here for a few nights.

This was a divine experience, literally up in the sky. A beautiful, 3 storey penthouse with magnificent views. So relaxing we had to force ourselves to go out. It was winter so we thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi, even in the rain - make the fort its worth it. Its very lose to a Don Julio's - a top notch restaurant in Palermo so that was great. We arrived early in the morning and our host was there to greet us. We did have a communication break down over our last taxi ride to the airport - but it as soon sorted and we made it - thank god for Business Class.

Extremely professional, amazing apartment! Exactly as in the photos. Andres was there to meet us with a map and welcome snacks. Spoke great English. He gave us places to go and restaurants to eat at. It was very helpful to get a locals perspective on the city. Our first time traveling to BA and we loved it! Highly recommended!! Thanks!
