The location was good, check-in process was smooth. The communication with the host was problematic, Expedia attempted to contact them several times and they didn’t reply. We had to shorten the stay for 2 days, originally it had been booked for 14 days, we asked a reimbursement, Expedia greed to it but the host had to authorize it as the guest was already there. They denied any reimbursement. Poor customer care.
