Situated in the heart of Bethel village, this 5-bedroom & 3 bathroom, beautifully refinished New England farmhouse is the perfect basecamp for year-round activities in the Sunday River area. 14 Philbrook sits one block off Main Street and is a short walk to the grocery store, post office, Gould Academy, restaurants, shops, and Crescent Park School. Sunday River Ski Resort is a short drive at 6 miles/10 minutes, so mountain access is a cinch!

Winter ski vacation

Fantastic stay for our Sunday River ski vacation! House is absolutely lovely and welcoming! The location was absolutely perfect too! Steps away from the grocery store, restaurants, a bakery, and the mineral museum. We had the best of both worlds- 10 minutes away from the resort and in a small town that is very convenient and walkable!

Sunday River Ski House

Great location, clean, and many thoughtful touches. We loved this cozy house and would love to stay there again. Plenty of room for our group of 7- 3 large updated full bathrooms, great kitchen, comfy beds, nice towels, plentiful blankets and bedding. Walking distance to downtown. Cute Christmas decorations. Can't say enough nice things about this place. A great spot for our ski trip to Sunday River.
