Welcome to your new home away from home! Whether you prefer Rehoboth or Lewes, you are less than 5 miles to either beach access, situated just off of Coastal Highway in the Arbor Lyn community. Enjoy this laid back neighborhood in the heart of Rehoboth Beach that is just minutes away from a multitude of local restaurants, the Tanger Outlets, and Jungle Jim's waterpark. This new development boasts a spacious modern clubhouse with an indoor living room/bar area, outdoor fireplace, grilling area and pool at no additional cost to guests. Look no further for your perfect beach retreat!
This new construction home built in 2024 is multi-family friendly, with 6 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, including 2 en-suites. We hope you don't have to work while away, but if you do, both primary suites have a dedicated work space. The washer/dryer are conveniently located on the first floor. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, electric cooktop, microwave, air fryer, toaster and 12 cup coffee maker with reusable filter. Step outside on the spacious deck for sunbathing or enjoying an evening cocktail. Parking is a breeze between the garage, driveway and street parking directly across from the property. Rainy day? We've got the kids (and inner kids) covered. The arcade loft features classics like Pac-Man, Golden Tee, NFL Blitz, NBA Jam, Marvel vs Capcom, Buck Hunter and The Simpsons all coin-free with unlimited playing time. There are also table games suited for all ages. Too tired to venture out after a beach day? Grab some popcorn and head to your personal outdoor movie theatre on the screened-in porch. The wi-fi enabled projector connects to your personal subscriptions like Netflix, YouTube and more.
What's included: pillows/pillow cases, mattress protectors, and quilts in each bedroom; 2 rolls of toilet paper and hand soap in each bathroom; hand soap, 7 dish washer tablets, cleaning supplies and 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen; 7 laundry pods, iron, handheld steamer, vacuum, swiffer wet jet in the laundry room; 1 booster seat for the dining room; 1 pack and play with mattress pad in the second floor primary closet; secondary refrigerator, 2 beach chairs and 1 Igloo cooler in the garage.

This ain't your Grandma’s beach house! Move aside, coastal blue. We instead opted for modern meets playful. We also pride ourselves on unique amenities like a 100” outdoor movie projector and 7 in-home arcade games.
