Welcome to Hook Haven. Located in the beautiful and quiet community of Grande at Canal Pointe, this gorgeous townhome is east of Rt 1 (all back-roads to the beach). Just minutes to Rehoboth Ave, Boardwalk, Beach, Junction and Breakwater Bike Trails, Shopping, Outlets. 2 Rehobeth parking permit passes included.

Great Community Amenities with 2 pools, 2 clubhouses, 2 fitness centers, tennis/pickleball/basketball court, bocce court, and playground.

Hook Haven is loaded with modern conveniences and luxuries. This spacious 3 floor layout gives you ample room for spreading out. The house backs to a peaceful and private wooded area with pond, where you can relax with a cocktail while grilling on the patio.

The ground floor has a king-sized master suite, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, dining area and living room with cathedral ceiling and large flat-screen TV with Roku for all your streaming favorites. A bright sun room with seating area, plenty of closet space, full size washer-dryer and a powder room complete the 1st floor.

The upper level of the home has a second, king-sized master suite, a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds, a 3rd full hall bathroom. Also on the upper level you will find a cozy loft area with a futon and a brand new 32 inch smart TV. There is even a fun secret nook set up for the very little ones.

The lower level has a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and a fifth bedroom with 2 twin beds, along with a shared full bath with tub and shower. Interested in family game night? A round table and chairs and loads of games and cards for young and old await! The lower level also includes a second seating area with a new 55 inch smart TV to spread out for movie night. A desk area completes the lower level.

In the garage, you'll find beach chairs, bikes, helmets, soft sided beach coolers and an assortment of other beach-related equipment for your use. Entry to the Breakwater Junction Trail connecting Rehoboth Beach and Lewes is just outside the entrance of the development for biking, walking, or jogging.

Revelation Craft Brewery is a short walk from the front door with delicious DaNizza Wood-Fired Pizza Truck across the street. The West Side Creative Market is on the same corner and open every Monday and Friday during the summer.

Rain or shine, you will have a wonderful, comfortable stay at Hook Haven and build many lasting memories!

THINGS TO KNOW

Guest access: Guests will be given a code for the front door at or before 4PM on check-in day.

Parking notes: There is free driveway parking available for 2 vehicles. Plenty of free parking in community parking lot nearby.

IMPORTANT: We do not provide Sheets or Towels for your stay. Each bed is provided with 2 pillows and a comforter. Please let us know if you have any questions prior to your stay. If you need a company to supply sheets and towels we will happily refer you to the company we recommend!

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Guests must also sign a rental agreement provided by the HOA. No pets please. We love our fur babies, but do not allow pets at our rentals at this time. This home has been exposed to dogs for those with allergies.

Jen was an excellent host and offered great communication throughout the process. Check in was seamless and the layout of the house is PERFECT for multiple families staying together. We were able to enjoy quick bike rides to town while easily accessing major roads as well.

We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this by far was stocked with the most items, from household to beach items and bikes. Our coffee lovers loved the coffee bar. It's very close to one of the community pools, exercise rooms and basketball court. Three levels of bedrooms gave everyone their space. It was very easy to communicate with Jen.

Great House Great Stay!

A really nice property. We’ve been coming to Rehoboth for 10 years and this is the nicest house we’ve rented through VRBO. It was very clean and very nicely appointed. It may seem minor but the washer and dryer were both Bosch and both worked very well! The refrigerator was also nice with filtered water which was also a nice touch to always have chilled water and not keep a bunch in the fridge taking up real estate. Our hosts were very nice and accommodating and always responded promptly to communications throughout the process and stay. Overall I would highly recommend!

The space was perfect for our needs and family. We did not have time to adventure with bikes and recreational items, as we were there for a wedding weekend. Check-in and out went very smoothly. The only thing I would mention is it had not been cleaned either in awhile or very well. Nearly all the bedroom bureaus had a layer of dust. The master bath sink had toothpaste around the faucet and there were pieces of tissue in various places throughout the home. The kitchen was clean, so that was good. It was well equipped.

I wish they had more than 5 stars for this home. Jen & Tim's home is absolutely beautiful. They have everything you could possibly think of that you would need for your stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to complete your daily meals. Their home was immaculate. There's not one negative thing I could say about this home. The rooms are large & equipped with plenty of seating. Our family of 10 never felt like we were on top of each other. Check in was a breeze. Jen & Tim you have a beautiful home! Jen & Tim's home is a must for your next vacation. You won't be disappointed.

You are not going to find a better place

The house is large. The location is surprisingly great. It has a back route access that lets you get to the main strip easy. They have bikes and passes that all for a great experience. Just know, the pickle ball courts go fast

Exceeded our Expectations!

What an incredible week for our family of 10! The property was quiet, beautiful and close to everything we needed...shopping, food, restaurants, pool, parking...and most importantly the beach! The bikes made our trips too and from the beach so easy and enjoyable! The house comes with everything you can think of, from beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and toys to the small but HUGE touches of extra hooks in bathrooms and bedrooms and labeled light switches:) There is also a binder with tips for parking, food, etc. The breakwater junction trail is defiantly worth the bike ride! Also, we found some great local fishing spots. The main living space offered comfortable seating for us all to relax, play games, laugh and eat! The kitchen is more than fully stocked! We all wanted to stay another week! Thank you, we had a blast!

What an amazing house! I was initially hesitant to book a property with so few reviews. However, my fears were for nothing. The house was in great shape and incredibly clean. I’ve never stayed in a house so well-stocked. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes. The parking passes were a godsend when we chose to drive to the beach. The community is quiet and having access to a pool was a nice change of pace. The owners are very responsive, not that we had any issues. Do not hesitate to book this property.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as stayed, in fact, there were more items available than we even expected (shampoo and conditioner in shower, foil, baggies, plastic wrap, disposable plates/cups if needed, etc...) The kitchen was fully stocker with dishes, cups, wine and other nice glassware, pots, pans, baking sheets, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker with coffee and tea available. The garage had 6 bikes, more beach chairs than you will need, beach umbrellas, at least 5 or 6 doggie boards, cooler bags, games, etc... there were games and lots of puzzles inside which we used a couple rainy nights. We used the 2 driveway parking spots and there was always an open spot for the 3rd vehicle right across from the driveway. The hosts had a notebook with all the necessary instructions to use the pool, sports courts, gym, etc... along with some favorite restaurants and tips on getting around. Overall great experience!

Hook Haven

Hook Haven is set in a small little community about a mile and a half away from the boardwalk of Rehoboth. My first impression of the place was that it was immaculate! Everything was sparkling clean and organized. hook Haven is also equipped with tons of necessities. You might need during your stay. I have never stayed in another. That was so well stocked. You do need to bring your own sheets and towels, but that was not a big deal. They have plenty of bikes to choose from, beach, chairs, umbrella, and coolers. They also have parking passes for down at the boardwalk, but we did not use them we could walk from the place and get to the boardwalk an hour walking leisurely I was able to ride my bike over to Lewis and that took about 45 minutes on the bike trail overall, a fantastic day, and I would definitely recommend this place downstairs with its own private bathroom.

Fabulous stay!

To begin, Jen/Tim’s townhome is much prettier, nicer, & well maintained than the pictures suggest. It is indeed ‘huge’ as listed in the description; definitely big enough for our party of 9 to completely spread out. For reference, there were 4 adults, 2 teens, and 3 children under 10 in our group. When deciding between different properties available during our time, the community’s amenities (pools, bb court & park) and the various pieces of sports’ equipment + beach stuff provided - * 7 adult bikes * 6-8 boogie boards * bballs * Beach umbrellas (4) + chairs (over 10) * Cooler * Beach bag And not to mention, 2 Rehoboth parking passes made our decision very easy! Our packing instantly became lighter, the community was welcoming & safe, and the stress of finding a parking space downtown was pretty much nonexistent. Jen/Tim’s attention to detail was very impressive; there was nothing not overlooked. They provided bottled water, shampoo/conditioner, hairdryers, laundry/ dishwasher detergents, to go containers, spices, a Keurig coffee machine w/ Kpods/cream, every utensil imaginable, & lots of pots/pans If I’m pressed to pick anything that could be improved, I’d say 3 things. 1. Would have been nice to have had a TV in each of the master bedrooms 2. A few kid bikes would have been nice to have access to 3. And the upstairs bedrooms got quite stuffy/hot, so portable fans would have given some relief Overall, very happy to have discovered this gem and happy to recommend!
