Object Villa Mona is located in Razanj, traditional fishing village situated 30 km from Object Villa Mona is located in Razanj, traditional fishing village situated 30 km from Šibenik and 40 km from Split. Small and quiet place with exceptionally clear sea and well preserved nature.
Two national parks are located near Šibenik, Krka (waterfall on the river) and Kornati (beautiful islands ).

Apartment 1 is on ground floor and has two bedrooms, kitchen, two bathrooms and living room with couch rated as extra bed. Apartment is air conditioned with TV satellite channels and it is located 30 meters from the beach.
It has a private terrace or balcony overlooking the sea. Also have well equipped kitchen with all necessary accessories and two bathrooms.

Apartment 1 is a part of complex Villa Mona, which is composed from two houses and seven apartments, offers private parking, grill and guests can relax in the outdoor pool with its sun shower and lounges which give a wonderful view on the bay. The pool is heated so it offers pleasant swimming in preseason and postseason period.

Please be aware:
Refundable security deposit 100 eur (on arrive).
Tourist registration fee (kurtaxe) not included in price (mandatory on arrive).

Pool is shared so there are few asks need to be respected for safety and health reasons only (no glass around and in the pool, no food around and in the pool and it is not allowed to smoke around and, in the pool). Please be aware to respect other guests right to have a rest in a pool area. Thank you in advance for your consideration!

Super Urlaub

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung für 4 Personen. Sie war sehr komfortabel eingerichtet mit Toaster, Waschmaschine, Fön. Der Pool wurde extra für uns beheizt( waren in der Nebensaison die einzigen Gäste).

Für uns perfekt

Wir haben hier als Familie mit kleinem Hund eine wunderschöne Woche Urlaub verbracht. In der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Besonders positiv sind die 2 Bäder. Unser Hund war nicht nur geduldet, sondern willkommen. Für Urlauber, die Ruhe suchen, ist es hier perfekt. Wer Party, Disco und Co. braucht, ist hier fehl am Platz. Gern kommen wir wieder.

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub

Simona und Ihre Mutter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr nett betreut. Besten Dank dafür. Die beiden Häuser und der Swimmingpool war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Ausblick von unserer Terrasse auf die Bucht war ein Traum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kenntnis der englischen Sprache ist sehr hilfreich. Die Menschen im Ort waren alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Für alle, die eher ruhige Ferien verbringen wolle ist es ideal. Ein Nachtleben gibt es hier nicht. In der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Städte zu erkunden. Der Besuch imNationalpark von Krk hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Super schöner Urlaub

Die Vermieterin war überaus nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren zu früh da. Aufgrund des Urlauberverkehrs sind wir nachts gefahren, um gut durchzukommen. Das hat auch gut funktioniert. Wir haben die Unterkunft vorzeitig beziehen können. Sie waren überaus nett! Die Lage ist ruhig und sehr nahe am Strand. Es ist alles (Bar, Restaurant, Konsum) fußläufig erreichbar. Der Ort ist nicht überlaufen und wir haben uns wirklich fantastisch erholt. Leider wurde unser kleiner Hund am letzten Tag gebissen. Die Vermieterin und ihre Tochter erkundigten sich noch nach der Verletzten als wir bereits daheim waren. Menschen mit viel Herz. :) Immer wieder gerne!

Sehr schöner Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung.

Eine sehr schöne FeWo, sauber, nur wenige Schritte vom glasklaren Meer entfernt. Der Ort ist ein wenig abgelegen, zu nächst größeren Ortschaften ist man mit dem Auto mind. 15min unterwegs. Dafür ein wunderschöner, ruhiger Urlaub in einer wunderschönen typisch kroatischen Gegend. Bei Rüchfragen ist eine sehr freundliche Ansprechpartnerin immer in der Nähe erreichbar. Englisch Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

Saubere Wohnung,voll eingerichtet für mehrere Personen,nette Vermieterin und nur 2 Häuser bis zum Strand mit sehr guten Liegmöglichkeiten bei glasklarem Wasser.Für Selbstversorger :nur 23 Km bis zum Kaufland ,direkt vorm Flughafen Split,deutschsprachige Durchsagen und Produkte mit super Qualität uas beiden Ländern. Für Leute die gerne und gut Essen wollen sind auch die bestens aufgehoben,Preisleistungsverhältnis O.K. wenn man in die bessere Liga will,immer noch günstiger wie in BRD bei sehr zuvorkommender Bedienung und bester Qualität. Ein kleiner Fußmarsch von ca 15 Minuten beseitigt alle Probleme. Man kann sich dort wirklich erholen und entspannen.Fernsehen bei 35 deutschsprachigen Kanälen und Internet sind auch O.K. Für Menschen die Action suchen ( Disco etc ) nicht geeignet. Resümee :sofort wieder

Wir sind sehr freundlich von Simonas Mutter empfangen worden. Die Wohnung war sauber und in einem Top Zustand. In der Adria konnten wir nach 3üm Fussweg schwimmen und in unmittelbarer Nähe in einem kleinen Supermarkt einkaufen. Von unserer Terasse haben wir wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge mit Meerblick gesehen.

Ideal location for visiting the northern Dalmatian coast and Krka. Hostess was very friendly and helpful. Great view of coast with wonderful evening walks on the shore. Well equipped for a week’s stray in April.. two couples had a wonderful stay.

un bel endroit pour des vacances reposantes

Appartement au calme, avec vue sur une très jolie baie, baignade à quelques mètres, et possibilité de louer un bateau ou de prendre un taxi bateau pour des excursions à partir de Ragoznika. Très bonne situation pour visiter la Croatie: Sibenik, Trogir, Primosten, cascades de KKra... mais surtout des hôtes très accueillants et d'une grande gentillesse, se rendant très disponible pour tout besoin. Je conseille cette location pour quelques nuits pour découvrir la Dalmatie centrale.

Séjour idyllique dans un petit village sympa. Calme et repos assuré. Superbe région

Agréable et confortable appartement pour 4 personnes maximum. La propriétaire est chaleureuse et accueillante. Seul bémol, la piscine collective est beaucoup trop petite pour le nombre d'appartements surtout quand il y a des enfants... Il manque des parasols. Prévoir tapis de sol ou matelas pour le bord de mer qui est bétonné, très peu de plages de galets.
