Welcome to the Golf Course House — a stunning 4,312 sq ft, 3-story retreat overlooking the world-famous Jack Nicklaus golf course within the prestigious, gated Reunion Resort. THE SPACE
The property features a main house plus a private guest suite above the garage. Every bedroom in both homes includes a private ensuite bathroom.

The Main house has 5 bedrooms across 3 floors:
• 1st Floor has one queen bedroom with private ensuite bath.
• 2nd Floor has three bedrooms: one king primary suite and two bunk bedrooms. The first bunk bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed + a twin trundle. The second bunk bedroom has a full-over-twin-over-queen bed.
• 3rd Floor — The VIP Suite. This spacious primary king bedroom suite is adjacent to the living area and features breathtaking panoramic golf course views, luxurious furnishings, and direct access to the living area. The 3rd floor also features a mini home theater that can seat up to 12 people.

The guest house has a king bedroom with private bath, situated above the garage — offering complete independence from the main house.

Smoking: No smoking indoors. Outdoor smoking is permitted in the backyard pool area only. All windows and doors must remain closed while smoking to prevent odors from entering the home.

Vehicles: U-Haul trucks, trailers, and oversized vehicles are not permitted within the resort; On/offloading is allowed.
