The custom interior showcases elegant decor and high-grade furnishings, while ample windows allow for strong natural lighting throughout the space. Private outdoor spaces let you and your guests enjoy the blue skies and sunshine. When you're ready to venture out, you'll find yourself conveniently situated close to tons of recreation and attractions, including the golf courses at Rotonda West, Boca Grande, and Manasota Key beaches.

At home, kick back with coffee and cocktails on the covered patio, or unwind on the modular sofa in the living room while streaming shows and movies on the massive smart TV. An electric fireplace insert provides an added touch of ambiance. A private home office provides a quiet place for remote working or school study. The open-concept full kitchen not only serves as the perfect centerpiece for home entertainment, but it also comes well-equipped with an impressive suite of stainless steel appliances. Meals can be shared around the adjacent dining table. A dedicated coffee station offers morning brew convenience with an espresso machine and a Keurig.

Each bedroom includes its own smart TV for added flexibility. The primary bedroom boasts direct patio access and an enviable private en suite bathroom.

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

It was a beautiful house but we arrived at night to find there was no electricity. The homeowner had not paid their utility bill. After numerous phone calls and waiting for return calls, we were relocated to a hotel until mid morning on Saturday. This was not a pleasant experience.
