This 3/2 home is located directly on the Sanibel River and just a 5-10 minute bike ride to beaches and less than a 5 minute bike ride to restaurants such as El Cielo, Mudbugs, and more! With a fantastic patio and sunset disposition, this home truly has it all.
The Space:
This home is comprised of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, appointed as follows- Master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and soaking tub. Guest bedroom 1 with queen bed. Guest bedroom 2 with queen bed. Guest bathroom positioned between guest bedrooms with walk in shower.
This home features a gourmet chef's kitchen with two sprawling peninsulas, one of which features breakfast bar seating. It features a slide in range and a built in refrigerator. The living room is expansive in scope and features a large sectional and two adjoining armchairs, all directed toward a massive 70 inch smart TV. The patio features ample seating for up to eight guests and features a gas grill, overlooking the peaceful Sanibel River. There is an in unit washer and dryer.
Guest Access:
While this unit boasts over 1,500 square feet of living space, the larger property it is located within is a duplex. This unit does not share any interior space, patio space, or communal amenities with the other unit located within the duplex, they share only a dividing concrete wall between the two that is sound deadening by composition. With a large diving wall across the back patio, guests can choose whether or not to interact with the tenants occupying the other side (if there are tenants, as it is a one bathroom unit on the other side, the group sizes tend to be just two guests). Please do note the driveway will be shared with the other unit and can comfortably fit four cars. We allot two cars to each unit.
