"Sanibel Oasis", Private Home with heated pool on a canal
"Sanibel Oasis" is our canal front home with heated pool surrounded by lush tropical vegetation for lots of privacy! Home is very close to many of the amenities Sanibel has to offer. Home is within 10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping, "Magic Bus" ice cream, and marina. Large front screened and rear decks overlook pool and canal. Sanibel Island is world famous for its beautiful beaches and shelling. Being on the west coast of Florida, Sanibel is also known for beautiful sunsets. Prepare a home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen or dine out at many of the great restaurants on Sanibel. Full service marina on Sanibel offers boat excursions, fishing charters, and boat rentals. Kayak or paddleboard(rental company on island delivers and picks up) from our dock through mangrove forests and past beautiful waterfront homes. Sanibel is a great place to visit any time of the year!

Owners are in medical field with 3 adult children. We love to spend as much time as possible on Sanibel at our "Sanibel Oasis" home and share it with family, friends, and guests
Why they chose this property
Great location on East end of Sanibel Island makes for easy trips on and off island(virtually no island traffic to contend with!) Property is close to everything we love about being on Sanibel and still offers lots of privacy.
