Privacy in the heart of Downtown Eureka Springs. Heated bathroom floor, Double shower! Updated Downtown Apartment, Designated Free Parking, WIFI, Walk to Shops and Restaurants, Kitchenette, on Parade Route. Modern, spacious and beautiful are just a few words to describe the amazing Rock House Suites. Location, Location, Location is the other comment we hear most about our suites!



The Space:

The interior of this spacious suite is all NEW.  Amazing furnishings, 65" TV with streaming services, comfortable seating, Events are prohibited.  Only 2 overnight guests are permitted.

Kitchenette area with microwave, mini-fridge, each of our locations comes equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, along with K-pods. Additionally, we offer creamer and sugar to enhance your coffee experience. Should you have a preference for a particular brand or coffee accessory, feel free to bring your own along for your stay.



65 Inch streaming TV. 



Please note This property does require guests to walk up a flight of stairs in order to get into the rental.



The Neighborhood:

Downtown Eureka Springs is a "Foodie" paradise.  Wonderful restaurants are steps away, including Spring On Main, Rogue's Manor, The Grotto, Devito's, Nibbles, Local Flavor, and several others are steps away. Mud Street Cafe and Mud Street Annex are the perfect spots to have brunch and enjoy amazing coffee across the street.  The funnel cake stand is also directly below the entry stairs.



Nightlife is located on Spring Street and Main Street, steps from your front door. Dancing at Eureka Live, drinks at The Stone House, music at Chelsea's, and several other restaurants and bars are very close, so you will not need to use your vehicle at all if you are focused on a Downtown Eureka experience.



Getting Around:

Parking - 1 space is reserved for this suite at a private parking lot nearby (1 block away).



Other Things to Note:

This lodging overlooks an AMAZING slice of history called the "Rock House".  Civil War Soldiers were treated in this makeshift “Hospital” under the bluff which came to be called the Rock House.  Then, in the late 1880s, Health seekers arriving at Basin Spring would walk to this bluff overhang for trading and commerce.  The structure below served as many businesses, including The Rock House Saloon. 



There is more than History at this incredible property.  The location is perfect! You can easily explore all of downtown Eureka Springs by stepping out your front door, and the views of downtown from the enormous windows provide great entertainment!

Room was perfect and the reserved parking spot was a great deal. We were able to come and go as we pleased and never had to worry about finding a parking spot when we returned. The room was nice and updated. Would definitely recommend staying here if your going to be staying in downtown. You can walk to everything. Also the host was very responsive when we had any questions.

Rooms were clean and looked to be newly remodeled. True to pictures online. Bed was very comfortable and shower was amazing! We appreciated the extras like snacks and water bottles. This is a second story rental so something to note of you have difficulty going up and down two flights of stairs. It's located right downtown but the street noise was at a minimum. We would highly recommend!

The Rock House Suite North was much better than expected. The reviews were spot on communication could not have been any better. Check in was a breeze. Cleaniest VRBO rental. Don’t hesitate to stay here as the location is fabulous.
