We needed something for a family wedding that could accommodate pets, and this was perfect! Abby is very responsive to messaging. Because of a change in the weather, we were forced to end our stay early, Abby responded almost immediately to messaging. The unit was very clean and well kept, stocked with the basics like a hair dryer and laundry detergent. This location was perfect for us, with family in Jax beach and the wedding at Hanna Park, and lots of dining and shopping nearby. I would definitely consider this rental again! Thank you, Abby!

Everything was clean and host provides many utilities to use even though I didnt use them no extra charge. I thought it was on the beach and it's a short walk. Easy to contact host and pet friendly is what sold me and I believe you only pay a charge if damage is done. It was a Great stay

We had a wonderful vacation here at this beautiful residence! It was very nice to have a washer and dryer in unit to utilize after multiple much needed beach days. There were also plenty of cute breakfast spots and bars around the area to be able to enjoy and make memories. The VRBO Host was well communicated and very easy to talk to if help needed during our stay. If I could give a 6/5 stars I would and we will definitely be returning to this home in the near future.

We had a great stay in Neptune Beach! Beach chairs and umbrella were greatly appreciated. Unit was clean and comfortable. Communication with host was easy with quick responses. A few things to note, this is a 4-plex with 2 units on the main floor and 2 upstairs. The stairs are a bit steep, so if that is an issue for you, be sure to ask for a unit on the main floor. Parking for the 2 upstairs units is a bit tight in the back of the property, especially if you are bringing 2 cars. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great Stay

We appreciate everything about this place. The location was perfect especially it's proximity to the beach. Including the beach chairs and towels were thoughtful of the host. We were able to comfortably have 6 people stay there without feeling crowded. It was in a nice neighborhood that we walked around in. Such a nice comfortable stay. The host was also responsive quickly to any of my questions. Thank you!

No frills condo

The positive: walking distance to the beach, the condo was spotless, comfy mattress. The negative: walking distance to the beach but you have to walk across 4 lanes of A1A. The whole building is paper thin - we stayed 4 nights and heard absolutely everything from people talking outside on the sidewalk to the next door neighbors conversations, crying baby and TV. The one bathroom is very small. Only one mirror in the whole place which makes drying your hair or applying makeup difficult when someone else is using the bathroom. No landscaping at all and no place to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee. Overall a no frills place to sleep.

The space was perfect two bedrooms with good size beds although a little hard for my liking. The bathroom was great perfect. Smallish living area. The kitchen was nice and seemed to be well appointed although we didn’t really use it for cooking. The only bad things I can say is the parking area is ridiculously small. Thankful my husband did not drive his F250 he could not have gotten back there. Also had asked for a light to be on outside outside the building as I was arriving at dark and it was not on. Probably another Guest had turned it off, but it’s very dark in the back of the building so be prepared with the flashlight if you arrive after dark the only other thing that made it not great was there was a smell to the place when you first got into it. But seem to normalize after you’ve been there for a while.
