Luxurious Beach Front townhouse condo with direct access to the beach and 4 parking spots! This was built in 2023, with new furniture. Beach side porch with outdoor grilling and awesome sunrises. You will love to be outside looking at the beach while grilling. The porch allows you to enjoy the beach in any weather. The deck on marsh side has beautiful sunsets. Beach is quite and private as there is no public access for 17 houses in each direction. Total size is 2100 square feet of living space. All hardwood floors throughout. Ceiling fans in Family room and 3 bedrooms and a loft. Central air and heat and 3 zones for perfect comfort. Granite and Quartz counter tops in kitchen and baths. A 56" real gas fireplace for that perfect feel on cool nights. First floor bedroom with double bed, has a pocket door to create a suite with double sink bathroom, bath/shower with a view of the marsh. Second floor bedroom has queen bed and also has marsh view. Master bedroom has King bed, walk in closet, en suite bathroom with gorgeous shower and double sink. The views of the ocean are fantastic and if you open the windows, you will hear the waves all night long. The loft is a small room meant for children with a day bed with a trundle, which accommodates 2 twins beds. In total sleeps 8. Dining table can sit 8 and an additional 4 seats at the kitchen bar.
If you want to really be at the beach and not have to walk or cross a street, this is the place! At high tide, it feels like you are on a yacht! There is a cat walk that has you step over the dunes and you are there. This section of Salisbury beach is the best. It is quiet but still only .7 mile walk to the Salisbury center for restaurants/bars arcades and fun. This is a luxurious new construction townhouse that is all new as of November 2023. Need more space? We have 2! Double it! It is a duplex town house. There is a separate listing for each side and for the two together. Photos will be updated as we finish each room.

Beautiful beachfront property that was perfect for 4 to spread out but could could easily accommodate 8 or more. Close to chopping, night clubs, a casino, and great restaurants. Guylaine was a great host.

The house was amazing, very clean, lots of kitchen items, bedding, towels, beach chairs, etc. Great grill area on the deck facing the beach. Can't wait to stay again next year!

Paradise Found - The perfect beach escape

Our family stayed at this beautiful beach house for our daughter's graduation from the University of New Hampshire, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the back door to the beach, making every moment feel like a true coastal escape.The house was thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. From TVs in every bedroom to a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of chairs for unwinding by the shore, every detail was taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate this special occasion!We can't wait to come back!

Right on the beach.

This is a great rental property. The back of the house is right on a private beach. It's maybe a fifteen minute walk to the Salisbury boardwalk.

Fantastic Location!

Property was exactly as advertised and well suited for our family of 5 (2 adults and children 9-13). The home is very comfortable and inviting with modern tasteful decor and high-end finishes. The proximity to Salisbury Beach boardwalk and Joe’s Arcade was a bonus and we enjoyed the 8-10 minute walk along to beach to the little town daily. We loved the view of the water from the house and spent a lot of time on the beach and in the ocean (a brisk 61 degrees F.). We opened the windows to hear the waves every night! The provided beach chairs, blanket and beach towels were much appreciated! We used the outdoor grill several times, it worked great and the outdoor kitchen was well equipped. There were no plastic cups/plates at the house, so be aware if you have younger kids that you may need to buy disposable or bring something. Would have liked to have cups to take to the beach; we just used water bottles and that worked fine. The steps from the deck down to the beach are steep, but you can walk along the side of the house if needed as well. The views from the deck, the main living area and the master bedroom are really spectacular- you are right on the water. We plan to go back again, it is one of the best rentals we have found.
