This beautiful beach unit includes 4-bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, 1-bath, 1-garage space plus one tandem off-street parking space. There is additional on-street parking across the street. Streaming TV and WiFi are included. This unit is attached to unit#1 in a duplex home.
Available for weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) and week/weekend rentals in the spring and fall.
This unit is also available for winter rentals from November 1st thru April 30th for $2200 per month. (all utilities included)

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put dirty hand towels on top of the washer in the garage.
Please make sure the lock box key is returned to the lock box.
If there are any missing or broken items, please let me know asap.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I have been coming to Salisbury beach since i was a teenage. It is a beautiful beach and is so centrally located to many other beaches and fun towns.
What makes this property unique
Katrina's Cottages is a cozy 3 family with a yard for all 3 units to enjoy, as well as a few steps from the public beach. the views from the ocean and the sunsets on the marsh are unbeatable!
