Nice little cottage. Perfect for what we needed for a couple days. Close walk to the Beach and the boardwalk area. Bathroom was very small, fine for me but bigger folks may have a problem.

This sweet little cottage was exactly what we needed for a weekend with our New Hampshire grandparents. The location was easy to get to on the train from Boston. The town was a bit more sleepy than we expected but the World Cup provided great entertainment.The cottage is cozy for sure but we fit four adults and two teenagers quite comfortably. The back porch was our favorite spot - especially in the morning as the sun rose and heated the day.

Host was very responsive to communications. The cottage was clean, the beds were comfortable. The couch has a nice feature that when you pull out the bottom, you can pop it up for extra leg rest or sleeping area! It was a quick walk to the beach. The area is active but not over crowded. Only a few minutes drive to Hampton Beach. We were very happy with our stay at Sandy Toes! Thank you for your hospitality Lani!
