4 Person Apartment Sigmund Freud

This nice designed apartment is located in the 16th district on the border of the 7th District - so very central and you are in the City Center with the bus in front of the house in about 10 minutes without changing the line. The bus goes directly down to the Parliament, and the Museums quarter - one of the best Spots in Vienna. Also the Subway line U6 you reach also by 5 min walk. And there is also a small park just a few meters away.

The flat is also only one station away from the West Train Station (Westbahnhof) and you also have a huge shopping center just 200 meters away from the apartment where you find everything what you will need. (Starting from bakery, butchery, pharmacy, KFC, Burger King, Huge Cinema, fashion stores etc,) Also the Vienna Concert Hall is only a few meters away.

There is one extra bedroom with a comfortable 140 cm double bed and a big sleeping sofa in the stylish and designed separated living room. Then there is also a extra new kitchen with everything you need - inclusive dishwasher & microwave.

The house it self is a beautiful building from 1890 - but the apartment itself is new of course.

Parking is possible at the Park&Ride for approx. 4 Eur / day - possible to reach also with the bus directly in front of the house!

Hervorragend war die vom Vermieter erstellte Informationsmappe. Die Wohnung war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, sie ist jedoch nichts für geräusch- und geruchsempfindliche Menschen. Im Schlafzimmer hört man die Autos und aus dem kleinen Badezimmer entströmt ein muffiger Geruch.

Tolle kleine Ferienwohnung in Wien

Für einen Aufenthalt in Wien ist diese kleine Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Sie liegt wunderbar praktisch in der Nähe einer Buslinie (48A), die direkt in die Innenstadt führt. Außerdem befindet sich in ein paar Gehminuten eine Einkaufspassage. Zwar ist die Straße vor der Wohnung recht gut befahren, aber die Fenster lassen geschlossen keinen Lärm durch. Die Wohnanlage ist recht familiär. Die Zimmer selbst sind sauber und ordentlich und für eine Ferienwohnung sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden.

Appartement idéalement situé

Cet appartement est idéalement situé proche des transports en commun. Le propriétaire est très gentil même si nous ne l'avons pas vu du sejour. Il laisse les clés dans un coffre et nous transmet le code pour les recuperer. L'appartement est un peu juste pour 4 personnes. L'équipement cuisine est insuffisant et le ménage superficiel (ne faite rien tomber derrière un meuble). Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour en Autriche.

Appartement leider nicht genutzt

Die Gegend, in welchem das Sigmund Freud Appartement liegt, hat mir gar nicht gefallen. Ich habe mich leider vorher nicht informiert über die verschiedenen Bezirke und wäre im Nachhinein dankbar gewesen, wenn diesbezüglich etwas auf der Internetseite erwähnt gewesen wäre. Die Wohnung wäre soweit ok gewesen, wenn nicht das Bett ausgesehen hätte, als wenn grad kürzlich jemand darin geschlafen hätte. Ich habe mich entschieden, ein Hotel der Wohnung vorzuziehen.

El apartamento está muy bien decorado, actual y moderno con todo lo necesario para alojarse, aunque es un poco pequeño. Se llega muy rápido al centro con el bus. Pasamos dos días muy agradables en Viena, realmente hubiéramos necesitado más. En Viena hay muchas cosas que ver. Christian fue muy amable con nosotros y nos resolvió alguna duda con la TV al momento.

Perfect appartment to explore the city !

We were very lucky with our apartment, it's close to the city center, very well equipped - has even a dishwasher - stylishly furnished and has a very relaxing atmosphere! Christian was already there waiting for us and was very helpful, also giving tips how to get around and recommended some exhibitions going on - an excellent host! This place was the optimal basis for our stay. It's perfect for couples, but also a small group of friends or a family.

Tolle Wohnung für Städtetrip

Wir waren für einen Städtetrip in Wien und haben diese tolle Wohnung gebucht. Viele kleine Details machen die Wohnung zu etwas Besonderem! Indirektes Licht, Kamin, etc. Auch die Anbindung an die U-Bahn war super, ca. 400 m zur Station Burggasse. Dort ist auch ein Einkaufszentrum mit allem was man braucht: Supermarkt, Bäcker, Schnellrestaurants... Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gepflegt...und der Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr unkompliziert und schnell! Fazit: danke für den tollen Urlaub!

Brilliant Apt

Brilliant apartment near to the metro and shopping. We really enjoyed our time here during our visit. The area is obviously under urban renewal and the locals are very friendly. The only thing I would suggest is to get a new sofa bed as the one that is there has seen its day. Great value for the price and would highly reccommend.
