HEATING & COOLING
The central air and heating are controlled by a Sensi Smart thermostat, but as the home is older and quirky, it heats and cools better on one side vs the other side. We have provided space heaters in all bedrooms & fans in bedrooms 2, 3, and 4.

High-speed! 450Mbps+ that is suitable for multiple people streaming videos, remote work, surfing the web, and answering emails.

SECURITY
In an effort to keep the entire property more secure, we have installed a security camera on the front door, 2 side gates, and garage door.
