Family friendly renovated home with a cozy fireplace, and a beautiful city view from 2 decks. Black out curtains in the master bedroom, yard and a private deck for BBQs. Workstation with an extra monitor. Gas stove and 55 inch Samsung TV to watch games, Netflix, Disney Plus, Apple TV, or play Playstation. Close enough for a quick drive to downtown, the Shipyards, or skiing local mountains or bike around the trails. Very close to transit and the highways and a beautiful, timeless family neighbourhood that is safe to explore.

One parking spot in driveway and plenty of free street parking.
Owners live on premises but in different suite so you will have your own private home with complete uninterupted privacy and keyless entry.
