Our spacious home features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large and private work-from-home office space. Ideal for the traveling or visiting family, everything you need is right here. The master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom and a private patio, providing a serene retreat. The two additional bedrooms are perfect for the kids, with one offering a single bed and crib, and the other equipped with a crib. We can be flexible with the bedding arrangements if needed.

The office space, located in the bright and modern basement, offers a large private area for work or relaxation. It is equipped with two desks, two monitors, and a printer, ensuring a productive and comfortable workspace.

Nestled in a safe and family-oriented neighborhood, our property is surrounded by two fantastic kids parks, just a short 5-minute walk away. Lions Gate Hospital is conveniently located within an 8-minute flat walk, and Whole Foods is just a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to access amenities and services.
