This comfortable, cheerful home is bathed in sunlight through the huge picture windows facing the backyard. The entire living area of the house faces south - a real plus in Alaska!
One block from Westchester Lagoon and Coastal Trail - enjoying the outdoors could not be easier! Ski, skate, bike, walk or run - it's all at your fingertips
2 spacious bedrooms, one with an en-suite 1/2 bath. Full bath next to the bedrooms. The shower is full size with low entry, there is no tub. TV room is off the living room with a relaxing L-shaped couch. Evening fires in the living room are delightful!
Available from January 3, 2024. 3 month minimum stay. Possible extension into summer. We are fairly flexible and try to accommodate our guests needs, so please feel free to ask questions about the schedule or anything else!
