About this property

You won't find a better location on Sugar Mountain.

Newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the only true ski-in, ski-out at the top of Sugar Mountain. It is literally 100 feet from the new high speed ski lift on Sugar. It is also 100 steps from the condo amenities that include hot tub, sauna, pool and gym. Amazing views from the deck including multiple mountains all the way into Tennessee.

The space
This is a first floor, two bed two bath condo. There are a few steps down into the unit.

The master bedroom includes a king bed, on suite with walk-in tile shower.

The second bedroom includes a full bed and also twin bunks. You can easily sleep 3 kids in this room.

The guest bath includes double vanities and a tub/shower combination.

The kitchen has all new appliances and a small breakfast bar. We also provide a Kuerig and traditional coffee maker. The living room has a small sectional sleeper sofa and 2 reclining chairs.

High speed WiFi.
TVs located in both bedrooms and living room.
Smart TVs including YouTubeTV, HULU, Disney+, Amazon Prime.

Guest access
Guest will access the unit with a smart lock.

No skis, snow boards or skis allowed in the unit. There is a ski locker located outside the unit.

This is a no-smoking unit.
Other things to note
Wow... the best slope views! Walk to the new highspeed lift at Sugar Mountain. Be the first one on the slopes.

The clubhouse has an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, & fitness room. The property also has tennis courts and outdoor grilling in nice grassy areas.

Perfect Location and Cleanest Rental Ever!

My family and I stayed over for 4 days over the NYE holiday and from the moment we walked in, felt comfortable and relaxed. We are very picky about the cleanliness of the places we stay in and this place was spotless! The furniture is very comfortable and the mattresses in the beds were better quality than what you often find in rentals. The location could not be better, either. You literally just walk around the building and you hop on Oma. Will definitely be staying here again!

Sugar Ski and Country Club is a great community with plenty to do no matter the season... summer hikes and mountain biking to hitting the slopes in the winter. We love Sugar!
